Mr. Arjun L. Kampani has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. since April 11, 2016. Mr. Kampani began his legal career in New York with the firm, Olshan Frome Wolosky, LLP. He then joined Thelen, Reid and Priest, LLP where he had specific emphasis on business transactions, securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He later joined Anteon International Corporation, an NYSE-listed government IT systems and services provider, which was subsequently acquired by General Dynamics. As the top mergers and acquisitions lawyer at General Dynamics, he completed 30+ acquisitions and divestitures. He served as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of General Dynamics Land Systems. He has a wealth of experience in the aerospace and defense sector. He has nearly 18 years of experience advising and leading businesses. He is a member of the State Bar of New York. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Mr. Mark Tucker serves as Chief Operating Officer at Aerojet Rocketdyne, Inc. Mr. Tucker has been Chief Operating Officer of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. since June 30, 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of enterprise operations and engineering division at Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. since October 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations & Engineering at Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne, Inc. since October 7, 2013. A 30-year veteran with Northrop Grumman, he served as Vice President of Special Programs in Northrop's Aerospace Systems Sector. Mr. Tucker served as Vice President of Aerospace Systems Group at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Mr. Tucker joined Northrop Grumman in 1983 as a Manufacturing Engineering Associate at the B-2 Division, where he held several management positions, most notably as Manager of Northrop Grumman Corp.'s Pico Rivera, Calif., operations. In 1994, he joined Northrop Grumman's Commercial Aircraft Division where he held several key management positions at the 'Aircraft Door Center in Perry, Ga., and at the 747 fuselage operations in Hawthorne, Calif. He served as Vice President of Boeing Commercial Programs for Vought Aircraft Industries. He also graduated from an executive marketing program at the University of California Los Angeles and from a financial analysis program at Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Tucker attended San Jose State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Operations. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, Long Beach.

Mr. Paul R. Lundstrom has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. since November 7, 2016. Mr. Lundstrom served as Vice President of Finance at Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. since November 7, 2016 until March 10, 2017. Mr. Lundstrom previously spent 19 years with United Technologies Corporation (UTC), most recently serving as Vice President of Investor Relations. In prior positions with UTC, Mr. Lundstrom was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the Building & Industrial Systems and Climate, Controls & Security businesses in Asia. He also served as vice president of finance and Chief Financial Officer for Carrier's commercial HVAC business in North America. Before moving to Carrier in 2006, Mr. Lundstrom served in a variety of finance leadership positions for UTC's aerospace and defense business, Hamilton Sundstrand. Mr. Lundstrom holds a Bachelor of Science from Truman State University, a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
