Mr. Mark Tucker serves as Chief Operating Officer at Aerojet Rocketdyne, Inc. Mr. Tucker has been Chief Operating Officer of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. since June 30, 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of enterprise operations and engineering division at Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. since October 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations & Engineering at Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne, Inc. since October 7, 2013. A 30-year veteran with Northrop Grumman, he served as Vice President of Special Programs in Northrop's Aerospace Systems Sector. Mr. Tucker served as Vice President of Aerospace Systems Group at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Mr. Tucker joined Northrop Grumman in 1983 as a Manufacturing Engineering Associate at the B-2 Division, where he held several management positions, most notably as Manager of Northrop Grumman Corp.'s Pico Rivera, Calif., operations. In 1994, he joined Northrop Grumman's Commercial Aircraft Division where he held several key management positions at the 'Aircraft Door Center in Perry, Ga., and at the 747 fuselage operations in Hawthorne, Calif. He served as Vice President of Boeing Commercial Programs for Vought Aircraft Industries. He also graduated from an executive marketing program at the University of California Los Angeles and from a financial analysis program at Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Tucker attended San Jose State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Operations. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, Long Beach.
