He has over 20 years of successful experience in public and private Fortune 1000 and Middle Market Companies. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Transportation Services of US Bank and at U.S. Bancorp. From 1985 to 1997, Mr. Moos served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of International Computer Security (ICS) in Carlisle, PA and Cleveland, OH, where he developed strategic business plans that reflected significant growth and profitability by improving operating performance. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at American Realty Investors Inc. from April 5, 2007 to March 2010. Mr. Moos served as a Senior Vice President and Business Line Manager for US BanCorp. working out of banking offices in Houston, Texas from 2003 to April 2007. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fleetcor Technologies, headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana from 1997 to 2003. He served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ICSA, headquartered in Carlisle, Pennsylvania from 1996 to 1998 and for more than ten years. Prior thereto, he served in various financial and operating capacities by Phone Tel Technologies, Inc., which had its securities listed on American Stock Exchange Inc. He serves as a Director of EQK Holdings, Inc. Mr. Moos has been Director of First Equity Properties Inc. since April 19, 2011. He has an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas and obtained a B.S. from the University of Houston.
