Mr. Daniel J. Moos, also known as Danny, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Pillar Income Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Moos joined Pillar Income in March 2007. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Income Opportunity Realty Investors Inc. since March 2010 and April 05, 2007 respectively. He serves as the President, Secretary and Treasurer of EQK Holdings, Inc. Mr. Moos has been the President of American Realty Investors Inc. since April 5, 2007 and as Chief Executive Officer since March 2010. Mr. Moos has been President and Treasurer of First Equity Properties Inc since April 19, 2011. He serves as the President of Prime Income Asset Management, Inc and has been employed at it since March 2007. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Transcontinental Realty Investors Inc. since March 2010 and April 2007 respectively. He has been Chief Executive Officer at Centrale Laitiere S.A., since March 2010 and also has been its President and Chief Operating Officer since April 5, 2007. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Transcontinental Realty Investors Inc. since April 2007 until March 2010. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Income Opportunity Realty Investors Inc. since April 05, 2007 until March 2010. Mr. Moos directs the overall operations including all financial, accounting, administrative, technology and strategic planning. He has over 20 years of successful experience in public and private Fortune 1000 and Middle Market Companies. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Transportation Services of US Bank and at U.S. Bancorp. From 1985 to 1997, Mr. Moos served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of International Computer Security (ICS) in Carlisle, PA and Cleveland, OH, where he developed strategic business plans that reflected significant growth and profitability by improving operating performance. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at American Realty Investors Inc. from April 5, 2007 to March 2010. Mr. Moos served as a Senior Vice President and Business Line Manager for US BanCorp. working out of banking offices in Houston, Texas from 2003 to April 2007. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fleetcor Technologies, headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana from 1997 to 2003. He served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ICSA, headquartered in Carlisle, Pennsylvania from 1996 to 1998 and for more than ten years. Prior thereto, he served in various financial and operating capacities by Phone Tel Technologies, Inc., which had its securities listed on American Stock Exchange Inc. He serves as a Director of EQK Holdings, Inc. Mr. Moos has been Director of First Equity Properties Inc. since April 19, 2011. He has an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas and obtained a B.S. from the University of Houston. He has completed other post graduate programs at Northwestern University, Syracuse University and Stanford University.

Mr. Louis J. Corna has been Vice President of First Equity Properties Inc. since June 2004 and Secretary since January 14, 2005. Mr. Corna serves as an Executive Vice President of Tax, Secretary and General Counsel of Prime Income Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Corna has been an Executive Vice President of Tax at Income Opportunity Realty Investors Inc. since October 2001. He serves as Executive Vice President of Tax Counsel, General Legal Counsel and Secretary at Pillar Income Asset Management, Inc. He serves as Secretary of Liberty Bankers Life Insurance Co. He has been Executive Vice President , General Counsel, Tax Counsel and Secretary of American Realty Investors Inc. since February 2004. He has been a General Counsel/Tax Counsel and Secretary of Income Opportunity Realty Investors Inc. (IORI) and Transcontinental Realty Investors, Inc. since February 2004. He has been an Executive Vice President at Transcontinental Realty Investors Inc since February 2004. He served as Executive Vice President of Tax of American Realty Investors Inc. since October 2001. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Realty Investors Inc., from June 2001 to October 2001 and Senior Vice President of Tax from December 2000 to June 2001 of Income Opportunity Realty Investors, Inc. (IOT), American Realty Investors, Inc. (ARL) and Basic Capital Management, Inc. (BCM). Mr. Corna served as Treasurer of First Equity Properties Inc. from June 2004 to January 2005. He was Private Attorney (January 2000 to December 2000); Vice President of Taxes and Assistant Treasurer (March 1998 to January 2000) of IMC Global, Inc.; Vice President of Taxes (July 1991 to February 1998) of Whitman Corporation. He has been a Director of First Equity Properties Inc. since June 2004. He served as Director at SH Energy & Chemical CO.,Ltd. He holds Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and JD from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
