Mr. James M. Moses, also known as Jamie, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Berkshire Bank and Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. since July 6, 2016. Mr. Moses has been Senior Executive Vice President of Berkshire Bank and Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. since July 18, 2016. He is responsible for the accounting, treasury and investor relations functions. Mr. Moses served at Webster Bank as Senior Vice President and Asset/Liability Manager. Mr. Moses joined Webster Bank in 2011 from M&T Bank where he spent four years in various roles including head mortgage trader, deposit products pricing manager and consumer credit card product manager. Prior to his work at M&T Bank Mr. Moses worked with United Benelux Investments and Credit Suisse providing services in the bond and mortgage trading and securitization field. Mr. Moses earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Saint Bonaventure University and his MBA from Cornell.

Mr. Sean A. Gray has been the Chief Operating Officer of Berkshire Bank since September 25, 2015. Mr. Gray has been Senior Executive Vice President of Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. since September 25, 2015. Mr. Gray served as Head of Retail Banking and Executive Vice President at Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Gray served as an Executive Vice President of Retail Banking at Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiary Berkshire Bank since July 2010. Mr. Gray served as a Senior Vice President of Retail Banking at Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. from April 2008 to July 2010. Mr. Gray joined Berkshire Bank in January 2007. He served as banking center manager of Citizens Bank. Mr. Gray served as a First Vice President of Retail Banking of Berkshire Bank and Berkshire Hills BanCorp, Inc. since January 5, 2007. Mr. Gray served as Vice President and Consumer Market Manager of Bank of America, where he managed the operations of 320 employees in 31 banking centers and responsible for the sales and service operations in the Cambridge, Massachusetts market. He serves as Member of Board of Managers at Firestone Financial Corp. Mr. Gray serves as a trustee of the Colonial Theatre and is a board member of the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce and the Berkshire Bank Foundation. He holds Series 6 and 63 securities licenses and life, accident and health insurance licenses in Massachusetts. Mr. Gray holds B.S. in Finance from Bentley College.

Mr. George F. Bacigalupo has been Senior Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking - Berkshire Bank, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. since September 2015. Mr. Bacigalupo is responsible for commercial banking, including the middle-market and asset based lending teams. Mr. Bacigalupo served as Executive Vice President of Berkshire Bank, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. since October 2013 until November 16, 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President of Berkshire Bank and Chief Credit Officer of Berkshire Bank since 2011. He has more than 30 years of lending and commercial banking experience. He has expertise in the credit arena as well as a broad lending management background. He served as an Executive Vice President of Specialty Lending at TD Banknorth, where he established the ABL and other middle-market lending groups as well as oversaw commercial banking relationships with $5 billion in total committed credit. Subsequently, at TD Bank, he was the Senior Lender for New England with the highest lending authority for all commercial relationships. Mr. Bacigalupo serves as Member of Board of Managers of Firestone Financial Corp. Mr. Bacigalupo received his bachelor of science from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and his master of business from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University.

Mr. Richard M. Marotta has been Senior Executive Vice President of Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. since September 25, 2015. Mr. Marotta has been the President of Berkshire Bank at Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. since September 2015. He is responsible for overall risk management, compliance, human resources, information technology, legal and strategic services and oversees audit. He served as Chief Risk & Administrative Officer of Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. since July 25, 2013 and its Executive Vice President since January 2010. Mr. Marotta served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. and Berkshire Bank since January 2010. He has more than 28 years of experience sophisticated banking experience. Mr. Marotta served as an Executive Vice President and Group Head, Asset Recovery at KeyBank and has extensive career experience in credit and risk management, including asset based lending portfolios. He serves as Member of Board of Managers at Firestone Financial Corp.
