He serves as Member of Board of Managers at Firestone Financial Corp. Mr. Gray serves as a trustee of the Colonial Theatre and is a board member of the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce and the Berkshire Bank Foundation. He holds Series 6 and 63 securities licenses and life, accident and health insurance licenses in Massachusetts. Mr. Gray holds B.S. in Finance from Bentley College.

Mr. George F. Bacigalupo has been Senior Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking - Berkshire Bank, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. since September 2015. Mr. Bacigalupo is responsible for commercial banking, including the middle-market and asset based lending teams. Mr. Bacigalupo served as Executive Vice President of Berkshire Bank, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. since October 2013 until November 16, 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President of Berkshire Bank and Chief Credit Officer of Berkshire Bank since 2011. He has more than 30 years of lending and commercial banking experience. He has expertise in the credit arena as well as a broad lending management background. He served as an Executive Vice President of Specialty Lending at TD Banknorth, where he established the ABL and other middle-market lending groups as well as oversaw commercial banking relationships with $5 billion in total committed credit. Subsequently, at TD Bank, he was the Senior Lender for New England with the highest lending authority for all commercial relationships. Mr. Bacigalupo serves as Member of Board of Managers of Firestone Financial Corp. Mr. Bacigalupo received his bachelor of science from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and his master of business from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University.
