Mr. David L. Pitts has been the Chief Financial Officer of Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc. since August 11, 2014 and has been its Vice President since January 15, 2010. Mr. Pitts serves as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of Carrizo (Utica) LLC. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc. from January 15, 2010 to September 22, 2014 and served as its Treasurer since August 11,2014 until March 2015. He serves as a Director of Carrizo (Utica) LLC. Mr. Pitts is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty-one years of 'Big Four'' public accounting experience, serving a number of oil & gas industry clients, comprised of 14 years with Arthur Andersen from 1988 to 2002, serving as Senior Audit Manager from 1997 to 2002. He served for seven years with Ernst & Young, starting as a Senior Audit Manager from April 2002 to July 2004 and Audit Partner from July 2004 to July 2009. Since July 2009, he was a Private Consultant. Mr. Pitts graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Gerald A. Morton has been a Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel at Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc. since 2008. At Carrizo, Mr. Morton has been heavily involved in negotiating its US joint ventures with international partners. Prior to joining Carrizo, Mr. Morton spent 15 years with Pogo Producing Company, where he held various positions including Vice President ??? Law, Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President for Asia and Pacific operations. Mr. Morton served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Asia & Pacific at PXP Producing Company LLC since 2003 and 2002 respectively and served as its Company Secretary since 1997. Mr. Morton served as Corporate Secretary since 1997. Mr. Morton joined Pogo Producing Co in 1993 and served as its Vice President since 2002, Vice President of Law, Chief Regulatory Officer and Corporate Secretary since 2001 and served as Vice President of Law since 1997. Mr. Morton began his oil industry career in 1982 working for Texaco as a geophysicist. Mr. Morton serves as a Director of Carrizo (Utica) LLC, Hondo Pipeline, Inc., Mescalero Pipeline, LLC and CLLR, Inc. Mr. Morton graduated from Brigham Young University with an Engineering Geology degree. He received his MBA in Finance in 1985 and a law degree in 1988, both from the University of Houston.

Mr. J. Bradley Fisher, also known as Brad, has been Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc. since March 29, 2005 and since March 2005 Respectively. Mr. Fisher served as Vice President of Operations of Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc. since July 2000 and its General Manager of Operations from April 1998 to June 2000. Prior to joining Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc., Mr. Fisher served as Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Tri-Union Development Corp. from August 1997 to April 1998. He spent the prior 14 years with Cody Energy and its predecessor Ultramar Oil & Gas Limited where he held various managerial and technical positions, as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations. Mr. Fisher holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Gregory E. Percival, also known as Greg, has been Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc. since February 2014. Mr. Percival served as the Vice President of Information Technology of W&T Offshore Inc. from April 2006 to February 2014. He has over 15 years of outstanding results in positions with increasing responsibilities. Mr. Percival worked for a global chemical company called Kraton Polymers for approximately 5 years in various technology management positions. In his last position at Kraton, he served as the Chief Information Officer. In 2000, he joined ClearSource, Inc. as their Director of Information Systems. Mr. Percival is a graduate of the University of Houston where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems. In addition, he earned his Master of Business Administration degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.

Mr. Gregory F. Conaway, also known as Greg, has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President at Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc. since September 22, 2014. Mr. Conaway has over 13 years of 'Big Four' public accounting experience, serving a number of oil & gas industry clients, comprised of nine years with Ernst & Young LLP from 2002 to 2011, served as Senior Audit Manager from 2005 to 2011 and four years with Arthur Andersen from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Conaway graduated with Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. Mr. Conaway is a Certified Public Accountant.
