Mr. Pitts is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty-one years of 'Big Four'' public accounting experience, serving a number of oil & gas industry clients, comprised of 14 years with Arthur Andersen from 1988 to 2002, serving as Senior Audit Manager from 1997 to 2002. He served for seven years with Ernst & Young, starting as a Senior Audit Manager from April 2002 to July 2004 and Audit Partner from July 2004 to July 2009. Since July 2009, he was a Private Consultant. Mr. Pitts graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Gerald A. Morton has been a Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel at Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc. since 2008. At Carrizo, Mr. Morton has been heavily involved in negotiating its US joint ventures with international partners. Prior to joining Carrizo, Mr. Morton spent 15 years with Pogo Producing Company, where he held various positions including Vice President ??? Mr. Morton served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Asia & Pacific at PXP Producing Company LLC since 2003 and 2002 respectively and served as its Company Secretary since 1997. Mr. Morton served as Corporate Secretary since 1997. Mr. Morton joined Pogo Producing Co in 1993 and served as its Vice President since 2002, Vice President of Law, Chief Regulatory Officer and Corporate Secretary since 2001 and served as Vice President of Law since 1997. Mr. Morton began his oil industry career in 1982 working for Texaco as a geophysicist. Mr. Morton serves as a Director of Carrizo (Utica) LLC, Hondo Pipeline, Inc., Mescalero Pipeline, LLC and CLLR, Inc. Mr. Morton graduated from Brigham Young University with an Engineering Geology degree. He received his MBA in Finance in 1985 and a law degree in 1988, both from the University of Houston.
