He has been a Director at QLogic Corp. since August 16, 2016. He holds BS degree in Mathematics in 1977 and an MBA Finance in 1979 both from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Hussain served as the Vice President, Software and System Engineering of Cavium Networks Inc. since 2003. From 1996 to 1999, he served as a Principal Design Engineer at Cadence Design Systems, an EDA design services company. Mr. Hussain holds an MS in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and BS in Computer Systems from NED university.
