Mr. Anil K. Jain has been Corporate Vice President of IC Engineering at Cavium, Inc. since January 2001. Mr. Jain works on several generations of Alpha processors including Alpha 21164 and CMOS VAX CPU. Mr. Jain had a long and successful career designing high performance microprocessors for Digital Equipment Corporation and subsequently Compaq, DEC. Mr. Jain served as the Team Leader for the 1.2 Ghz 21364 Alpha Processor design at Compaq. He has published several papers in leading technical journals and conferences including the ISSCC. He has 5 patents issued. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College in Chandigarh India and an MS EE degree from University of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mr. Arthur D. Chadwick, also known as Art, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance & Administration at Cavium, Inc. (a/k/a, Cavium Networks Inc.) since December 2004. Mr. Chadwick served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacle Systems Inc., from January 1989 to October 20, 2004, Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration from May 2004 to October 20, 2004 and Principal Accounting Officer until October 20, 2004. He served as Secretary at Cavium, Inc. since December 2004. Mr. Chadwick served as a Vice President of Finance & Administration of Pinnacle Systems Inc. since January 1989 and Secretary from 1989 to May 2004. From 1979 to 1989, Mr. Chadwick served in various financial and management roles at American Microsystems, Austrian Microsystems and Gould Semiconductor. He has been a Director at QLogic Corp. since August 16, 2016. He holds BS degree in Mathematics in 1977 and an MBA Finance in 1979 both from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Muhammad Raghib Hussain co-Founded Cavium, Inc. in 2000 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since July 22, 2016. Mr. Hussain served the Chief Technology Officer of Cavium Inc., since 2003 until July 26, 2016. Mr. Hussain served as Corporate Vice President of Software Engineering of Cavium Networks, Inc. until July 26, 2016. Mr. Hussain served as the Vice President, Software and System Engineering of Cavium Networks Inc. since 2003. From 1996 to 1999, he served as a Principal Design Engineer at Cadence Design Systems, an EDA design services company. Mr. Hussain has over 11 years of management and hardware and software system design experience. Mr. Hussain held senior technical roles in several startups and large organizations including Cisco Systems. He served as a Design Engineer and Founding Team Member of VPNet (acquired by Avaya), where he served as a key contributor in the design of the first commercial IPSec based VPN (Virtual Private Network) gateway. He has applied for 7 patents. He has presented papers in major communication and network conferences and has lectured at leading universities. Mr. Hussain holds an MS in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and BS in Computer Systems from NED university.

Mr. Vincent P. Pangrazio, J.D., has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Cavium, Inc. since March 2011 and has been its Secretary since 2013. Mr. Pangrazio served as the Outside Counsel at VM Discovery, Inc. From 2000 to 2011, Mr. Pangrazio served as a Partner in the business department at the law firm of Cooley LLP. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Pangrazio served as Vice President and General Counsel for Women.com Networks, Inc. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Pangrazio served as an Associate in the business department at Cooley LLP. From 1985 to 1993, Mr. Pangrazio worked as an electrical engineer for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power in the areas of power generation and distribution. He received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and received his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School.
