Mr. Roger Adsett has been Chief Commercial Officer of Insmed Incorporated since September 27, 2016. Mr. Adsett served as Senior Vice President and Head of Gastrointestinal and Internal Medicine Business Unit at Shire Plc since January 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Adsett served as Senior Vice President of Gastrointestinal Business Unit Leader at Shire from August 2008 to January 2015. From October 2005 to August 2008, Mr. Adsett served as General Manager of Oral IBD Products of the Gastroenterology Business Unit of Shire. From November 1994 to October 2005, Mr. Adsett held various marketing and commercial roles at AstraZeneca plc, a multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company ( AstraZeneca ). Prior to his time at AstraZeneca, Mr. Adsett was a Senior Analyst at Accenture PLC. from September 1991 to November 1994. Mr. Adsett serves as a Director of Shire-Movetis NV. Mr. Adsett holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in English and Economics from Bucknell University.

Ms. Jill Dolgin has been Senior Director of Patient Advocacy and Public Policy at Insmed Incorporated since April 2014. With over 14 years of experience in patient advocacy, Ms. Dolgin is responsible for developing relationships with advocates, professional organizations, policy makers, and for building a patient advocacy and policy team. She worked at Onyx Pharmaceuticals where she built the advocacy and professional affairs function.

Mr. Paolo Tombesi has been Chief Financial Officer at Insmed Incorporated since June 01, 2017. Mr. Tombesi has over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sector. He served as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and Vice President at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. He served as Country Chief Financial Officer for Novartis Japan. Over the past five years, he led the Japanese Finance & Administrative team in providing strong support to the business and building successful partnerships with business leaders. He was also instrumental in accelerating diversity & inclusion and talent development within the Japanese organization. He joined Novartis in 2006 as Head of Finance Region Europe, Oncology and served as Interim Chief Financial Officer Oncology Division. He worked for 10 years with Bristol Myers-Squibb, where he served as Country Chief Financial Officer of Italy, Divisional Chief Financial Officer of Americas and Finance Director of EMEA. He started his career in consumer goods with Johnson & Johnson and Unilever. Mr. Tombesi holds a degree in business, finance and managerial economics from Rome's La Sapienza University and a degree in accounting from Duca degli Abruzzi Roma.

Dr. Paul Streck, M.D. has been Chief Medical Officer of Insmed Incorporated since June 5, 2017. Dr. Streck has over 25 years of clinical development, management and leadership expertise. He served as Vice President, Global Medical Specialty Franchise, Immuno-inflammation at GlaxoSmithKline, where he was responsible for portfolio strategy, including drug launch, life cycle management, post-registration clinical strategy and health economics. Previously, he held various positions with functions ranging from clinical development to medical affairs to commercial with Shire Pharmaceuticals and AMGEN USA, Inc. He also practiced in the Jefferson Health System at Thomas Jefferson University. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and was a resident in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He also holds a doctorate of dental medicine from Temple University School of Denistry, a Masters of Business Administration from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business and board certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery from the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Mr. Kevin Schutz has been Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at Insmed Incorporated since April 2014. Mr. Schutz worked at Antares Pharma, where he focused on regulatory strategy for the launch of their first self-commercialized product. He was previously Director of Regulatory Affairs at Amarin Corporation, where he led the company's preparation and response to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Endocrinologic and Metabolic Drugs Advisory Committee.

Dr. Wade Hampton King, M.D. has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Insmed Incorporated since March 2016. Dr. King served the Vice President of Investments and Client Advisory at Obermeyer Wood Investment Counsel. He collaborated with the team on investment security selection and strategic initiatives and managed certain client relationships. Prior to this, he was employed at NeoMend, Inc where he most recently served as an Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development. Dr. King previously served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for the firm. Prior to his operating role at NeoMend, he spent more than a decade specializing in research and investment selection, holding senior and management positions at Robertson Stephens, Wells Fargo and Montgomery & Co. Dr. King was the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Investment Research at Peninsula Capital Management, Inc. Dr. King was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager at Sirius Advisors LLC. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Robertson Stephens and was Equity Analyst at Robertson Stephens, Inc., Research Division. Dr. King also served as the Director of Research and on the Executive Committee at Montgomery & Company. He also served at Montgomery & Co., LLC, Research Division. Dr. King also served as the Director of Healthcare Research at Wells Fargo Securities and was Equity Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Research Division. Previously, he was Chairman of Anesthesiology at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, CA and was a practicing anesthesiologist from 1986 until 1996. Before moving to the financial industry, Dr. King also served as a Practicing Physician, including a term as the Chief of Anesthesiology for a Silicon Valley-based hospital. He earned several accolades for his investment research and was awarded 'All Star Analyst' by the Wall Street Journal, Starmine, Zacks and Street.com. Dr. King earned his M.D. and Master of Public Health degrees at the University of North Carolina Schools of Medicine and Public Health and a Master of Science in Management Degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Walter Perkins serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Insmed. Walter started at Insmed in December of 2010. Walter currently resides in Greater New York City Area.

Don Nociolo serves as the Vice President Technical Operations of Insmed. Don started at Insmed in March of 2015. Don currently resides in Greater New York City Area.
