Mr. Bill Roeschlein has been Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at Intermolecular, Inc. since April 3, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Finance since August 2015 until March 30, 2017. Mr. Roeschlein has been Chief Financial Officer at Intransa, Inc. since January 17, 2012. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Aurora Algae, Inc. since January 28, 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Secretary of Selectica Inc. (now Determine, Inc.) from September 2006 to June 27, 2008. Prior to Selectica, he served as Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller of Ultra Clean Technology. He was responsible for worldwide accounting and reporting, financial planning & analysis, tax, treasury and stock administration of Ultra Clean Technology. Mr. Roeschlein served as the Controller of Asyst Technologies of Fremont, CA and Tokyo, Japan. He served financial positions at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, Hewlett-Packard and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Roeschlein is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Cornell University and a Bachelor's of Arts in History and Business from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Milind Weling has been Senior Vice President of Programs and Operations at Intermolecular, Inc. since March 30, 2017. Mr. Weling is responsible for IMI's high throughput experimentation technology and manages the technical execution of customer programs for the discovery of advanced materials and leading edge device optimization. He is a senior engineering and management professional with extensive experience in advanced memory and logic semiconductor technology development, DFM and design-process interactions, new product introduction and foundry management. His previous senior management roles include DFM products engineering at Cadence Design Systems and high performance CMOS technology development at Sun Microsystems, Philips Semiconductors and VLSI Technology. He holds 50+ patents and has co-authored over 70 technical papers, primarily focused on process technology, reliability and integration. Mr. Weling holds a B. Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii.

Mr. C. Richard Neely, Jr., also known as Rick, has been Consultant at Intermolecular, Inc. since April 3, 2017. Mr. Neely served as the Chief Financial Officer of Intermolecular, Inc. since October 2013 until April 3, 2017 and also served as its Principal Financial and Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President until March 30, 2017. He served as an Managing Director of Finance of The First Marblehead Corp. since November 2008 and also served as its Treasurer since April 2011. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of The First Marblehead Corporation from May 30, 2014. Mr. Neely served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Tessera Technologies Inc., from August 15, 2012 to June 26, 2013 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until June 26, 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Livescribe, Inc., from February 2011 to August 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Monolithic Power Systems Inc. from September 2005 to December 2010 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance until December 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance at First Marblehead Corporation. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of MediaTek USA Inc. from November 2002 to September 2005. Mr. Neely joined NuCORE Technology in November, 2002 and has more than 22 years of financial and operations management experience in semiconductor, EDA and start-up company environments. He has successfully worked with Fortune 500, small cap and start-up companies to manage periods of rapid growth and development around the world. Mr. Neely was the Principal in his own consulting practice, focusing on preparing business and operating plans for start-up companies and assisting his clients in obtaining private financing. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Alventive, Inc., He had been responsible for all of Alventive's financial operations, reporting and order fulfillment and delivery. Prior to joining Alventive, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Interim Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at Beyond.com from 1999 to 2000. He served as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Synopsys, Inc., one of the largest EDA software companies in the world, from 1998 to 1999 and Vice President and Corporate Controller of Heartport, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Neely has a strong record of achievement in the new technologies and software industries. He was instrumental in managing rapidly growing technology companies like AMD, Synopsys and Heartport. In 2002, He was successful in assisting a software company in closing its B round and in obtaining a $650M bank mandate for a loan consortium for a wafer foundry start-up based in Germany. He led it through a re-structuring process that reduced spending by $12M per quarter while building a new core revenue stream. He managed both finance and operations groups totaling 160 employees, including all business units and world-wide sales subsidiaries. He had additional responsibilities as a Member of the Investor Relations team, giving analyst guidance, participating in quarterly conference calls and road shows and presenting at investment bank conferences. He spent almost 16 years with Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD), joining AMD in 1980, when it was a $200M company and serving in a variety of financial management positions as it grew to $2.5B in revenue by 1996. Mr. Neely served as the Director and Group Controller for Asian Manufacturing Operations from 1980 to 1996, Director of Business Process Improvement, Director of European Operations and Administration, as well as World-wide Sales Controller, Regional Controller for Asia and Division Controller. He has been an Independent Director of Perceptron, Inc. since January 27, 2014. He has extensive International experience, having lived in Switzerland, Singapore and The Philippines during his tenure at AMD. He served as a Director of Aviza Technology, Inc. from January 31, 2007 to April 21, 2009. Mr. Neely has a Master's Degree in Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from Whitman College, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Dr. Bruce M. McWilliams, Ph.D., serves as a Special Advisor of Infinity Private Equity Fund. Dr. McWilliams has been Chief Executive Officer of Bossa Nova Robotics Holding Corp. since September 21, 2017. He serves as Advisor and Consultant for Inphi. He has been Consultant of Intermolecular, Inc. since August 04, 2016. He is a seasoned technology executive specializing in leadership and technology innovation in microelectronics and has more than 20 years of executive and technical management experience in the semiconductor industry. Dr. McWilliams served as the Executive Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of SuVolta, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Intermolecular, Inc. since October 2014 until August 4, 2016. He was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at U.S. Venture Partners and joined it on April 22, 2009. Dr. McWilliams was the Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of S-Vision Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Board at Tessera, Inc. since February 2002 and its Chief Executive Officer and President since May 1999. He served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Tessera Technologies Inc. (now known as Xperi Corporation) since August 2008 until April 2009, Chairman of the Board from February 2002 to January 2010 and Chief Executive Officer and President from June 1999 to August 2008. Dr. McWilliams established and implemented Tessera Technologies's growth strategy of developing and delivering innovative miniaturization technologies and was its Chairman from November 1996 to December 1998 and Chief Executive Officer and President from November 1997 to January 1999. From January 1995 to November 1996, Dr. McWilliams served as a Senior Vice President at Flextronics International Ltd. (now known as Flex Ltd.). From February 1989 to January 1995, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at nCHIP, which he co-founded. He has held key leadership positions at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. He has been Chairman of the Board at TetraVue, Inc. since July 18, 2017. Dr. McWilliams has been Non Executive Chairman of Intermolecular, Inc. since June 2014. He serves as a Trustee of Carnegie-Mellon University and a Member of its Advisory Board for Physics and Human & Computer Interaction. He has been a Director of Intermolecular, Inc. since March 2005 and Director of Inphi Corporation since October 26, 2012 and NovaTorque, Inc., since April 2009. Dr. McWilliams serves as a Director at Nemotek Technologie S.A. He served as a Director at SprayCool, Inc. since July 2002. He served as a Director at Tessera Technologies Inc. from June 1999 to January 24, 2011. He has received numerous accolades throughout his career, including being cited by Science Digest as One of America's 100 Brightest Scientists Under the Age of 40,??? and also was named the 2005 Ernst & Young's Northern California Entrepreneur of the Year. He was nominated to the Lawrence Livermore Entrepreneurs' Hall of Fame for his contribution to developing semiconductor packaging technology and founding and leading multiple technology companies. He is also a Trustee and serves on a variety of Advisory Boards at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. McWilliams holds Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University.

Karl Littau serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Intermolecular. Karl started at Intermolecular in March of 2018. Karl is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Sunam Lee serves as the Vice President, Business Development of Intermolecular. Sunam started at Intermolecular in February of 2016. Sunam is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
