Mr. Daniel J. Rinkenberger, also known as Dan, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Kaiser Aluminum Corporation since April 14, 2008 and since June 2012 Respectively. Mr. Rinkenberger serves as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of DCO Management, LLC. He served as Vice President of Economic Analysis and Planning of Kaiser Aluminum Corp., and its subsidiary Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp., from February 2002 to December 2004. Mr. Rinkenberger served as Vice President, Finance and Business Planning of Kaiser Flat-Rolled Products of Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp., from February 1998 to February 2000, Assistant Treasurer from January 1995 to February 1998 and its Vice President of Planning and Business Development of Kaiser Fabricated Products from June 2000 to February 2002. He joined Kaiser organization in 1991 as Assistant Treasurer. From 1997 to 2000, he assumed responsibility for Finance and Business Planning for what was then the Flat-Rolled Products business unit and he assumed similar responsibilities for all of Kaiser Fabricated Products. Before joining Kaiser, he held a series of progressively responsible positions in the Treasury Department at Pennzoil Corporation. He studied Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Education degree from Illinois State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Neal E. West has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President at Kaiser Aluminum Corporation since June 2008. Mr. West served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Gateway Inc. since June 6, 2005 and its Controller and Vice President since April 2005. He served in several roles over 19 years with Neptune Orient Lines/APL. He was responsible for managing and integrating the Finance activities across the Business Units, Operations and Customer Care Groups, as well as leading the Finance role in the deployment of an upgraded corporate-wide IT system. Prior to Gateway, Mr. West served as Vice President and Controller for APL Logistics from April 2000 to April 2005. Before that, he held numerous finance, service and support positions at APL. He served as Division Controller and Financial Manager of Standard Pacific and West-Tronics, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. West holds a Master's degree from Roosevelt University in information systems and also Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Business Administration and Economics from Illinois State University.
