Mr. Arthur P. Bedrosian, J.D., served as the Chief Executive Officer of Lannett Company, Inc. since January 3, 2006 until January 2, 2018, and served as its President from May 2002 to December 1, 2014. Mr. Bedrosian served as Vice President of Business development at Lannett Company, Inc. from January 2002 to April 2002 and as a Director from February 2000 to January 2002. Mr. Bedrosian has operated generic drug manufacturing, sales and marketing businesses in the healthcare industry for over 34 years. Prior to joining Lannett Co Inc., Mr. Bedrosian served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Laboratories, Inc., a medical device and drug manufacturer. Mr. Bedrosian also operated Pharmaceutical Ventures Ltd., a healthcare consultancy and Interal Corporation, a computer consultancy to fortune 100 companies. He has been a Director of Lannett Company, Inc. since January 3, 2006. Mr. Bedrosian holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Queens College of the City University of New York and a Juris Doctorate from Newport University in California.

Mr. Robert Ehlinger has been Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Logistics at Lannett Company, Inc. since July 2006 and June 2011 respectively. Mr. Ehlinger is responsible for overseeing the lannett's effort to integrate and deploy supply chain technologies, such as RFID and 2D barcodes, that support the pharmaceutical industry initiatives Track and Trace; and reduce costs by increasing the pace of automation. In addition, he assists the lannett plans to vertically integrate and establish a specialty brand division and direct Lannett's social media activities. He joined Lannett in 2006 as the chief information officer. Earlier, he was vice president of information technology at MedQuist, Inc., a healthcare services provider, where during his 10-year tenure he held a number of operational and technology positions. Prior to MedQuist, he served as corporate director of information technology for Kennedy Health Systems, supporting acute care and ambulatory care health information systems and biomedical support services. Previously, he worked for Dowty Communications, where he served in various technical and operational support roles prior to taking on the role of international distribution sales executive managing the Latin America sales distribution channels. Mr. Ehlinger earned a bachelor's of arts degree in physics from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Martin P. Galvan, CPA also known as Marty, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Lannett Company, Inc. since August 8, 2011. Mr. Galvan joind Lannett with more than 25 years of senior financial management expertise in the life sciences industry. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of CardioNet Inc. from September 2007 to January 15, 2010 and as its Chief Operating Officer of PDSHeart since October 2007. He also served as Principal Accounting Officer of CardioNet Inc. until January 15, 2010. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Rodel, Inc., a manufacturing and service company. Earlier in his career, he served in senior financial management positions with global pharmaceutical companies Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Inc., Revlon Health Care Group and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. He served as VIASYS Healthcare Inc.'s Chief Financial Officer and Director of Investor Relations since June 2001 and served as its Executive Vice President of Information Technology since January 2006. From June 2001 to July 2007, Mr. Galvan held several positions with Viasys Healthcare Inc. including its Senior Vice President from June 2001 to January 2006. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Viasys Healthcare Inc. until April 2005. He served as Company Secretary of Viasys Healthcare Inc. from June 2001 to October 2003. From January 1999 to June 2001, Mr. Galvan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Rodel, Inc. From 1979 to January 1998, he held positions at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a global pharmaceuticals company, as Vice President of Finance Worldwide. He served as the President & General Manager of RPR Mexico & Central America; Vice President of Finance, Europe/Asia Pacific; and Chief Financial Officer of United Kingdom & Ireland. Mr. Galvan, a CPA, began his career with the international accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Rutgers University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Grant Brock serves as the VP of Operations of Lannett Company. Grant started at Lannett Company in February of 2018. Grant is currently based in the Cincinnati, Ohio Area.

Bruce Boettner serves as the Director of Sales, Branded Products of Lannett Company. Bruce started at Lannett Company in September of 2012. Bruce is currently based in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
