Mr. Martin P. Galvan, CPA also known as Marty, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Lannett Company, Inc. since August 8, 2011. Mr. Galvan joind Lannett with more than 25 years of senior financial management expertise in the life sciences industry. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of CardioNet Inc. from September 2007 to January 15, 2010 and as its Chief Operating Officer of PDSHeart since October 2007. He also served as Principal Accounting Officer of CardioNet Inc. until January 15, 2010. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Rodel, Inc., a manufacturing and service company. From June 2001 to July 2007, Mr. Galvan held several positions with Viasys Healthcare Inc. including its Senior Vice President from June 2001 to January 2006. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Viasys Healthcare Inc. until April 2005. He served as Company Secretary of Viasys Healthcare Inc. from June 2001 to October 2003. From January 1999 to June 2001, Mr. Galvan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Rodel, Inc. From 1979 to January 1998, he held positions at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a global pharmaceuticals company, as Vice President of Finance Worldwide. He served as the President & General Manager of RPR Mexico & Central America; Vice President of Finance, Europe/Asia Pacific; and Chief Financial Officer of United Kingdom & Ireland. Mr. Galvan, a CPA, began his career with the international accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Rutgers University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
