He served as a Partner at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and served as its Founding and Managing Partner of Los Angeles office from 1975 to 1997 and served as its Counsel from 1998 to July 2001. He was in the private practice of law and from 2002 to 2003, he provided legal services to Motorcar. From February 2000 to March 2001, he served as Vice President of Administration and Legal of Hiho Technologies, Inc. He is admitted to practice law in California and New York and is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Law School.

Mr. Douglas Schooner, also known as Doug, has been Chief Manufacturing Officer Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. since June 2014 and has been its Senior Vice President of Operations for Under-The-Car Product Lines since May 10, 2017. Mr. Schooner served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Motorcar Parts of America Inc. Mr. Schooner served as Vice President of Global Manufacturing Operations of Motorcar Parts of America Inc. since January 2001 and is responsible for all manufacturing, materials and logistic operations. He joined Motorcar Parts in 1993. He served as an Assistant Vice President, Production of Motorcar Parts of America Inc. He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. David Lee has been the Chief Financial Officer of Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. since February 7, 2008. Mr. Lee served as Vice President of Finance and Strategic Planning at Motorcar Parts of America Inc. since January 2006, focusing primarily on financial management and strategic planning. His primary responsibilities is treasury, budgeting and financial management. From August 2002 to 2005, he served as Corporate Controller of Palace Entertainment Holdings, Inc. He held various corporate controller and finance positions for several domestic companies and served in the audit department of Deloitte & Touche LLP. A certified public accountant, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of California Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.

Bryan Cain has been Senior Vice President of Operations for Rotating Electrical at Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. since May 10, 2017. Bryan Cain served as senior vice president of supply chain at Motorcar Parts of America, Inc.

Mr. Jack D. Vollbrecht Jr. has been Senior Vice President of Strategy and Government Relations at Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. since May 10, 2017. Mr. Vollbrecht's primary responsibilities include assisting with developing ongoing business strategies and coordinating the Motorcar Parts of America's government affairs outreach activities at the federal, state and local levels; and identifying proactive legislative opportunities and related activities to support its business interests within the automotive aftermarket sector. An industry veteran, he served as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Government Relations for Remy International, Inc. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Unit Parts Company, which was acquired by Remy in 2005. Mr. Vollbrecht served as President of Remy Power Products, LLC. Mr. Vollbrecht graduated with a BS in Mathematics and Business Economics from Duke University in 1974.

Joe Barrett serves as the SR VP OF PURCHASING MOTORCAR PARTS OF AMERICA of Motorcar Parts of America. Joe currently resides in the Greater Nashville Area, TN.
