Mr. Schooner served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Motorcar Parts of America Inc. Mr. Schooner served as Vice President of Global Manufacturing Operations of Motorcar Parts of America Inc. since January 2001 and is responsible for all manufacturing, materials and logistic operations. He joined Motorcar Parts in 1993. He served as an Assistant Vice President, Production of Motorcar Parts of America Inc. He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Vollbrecht graduated with a BS in Mathematics and Business Economics from Duke University in 1974.
