Mr. Pete J. Mangan has been the Chief Financial Officer at Oclaro, Inc., since November 11, 2013. Mr. Mangan serves as President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Mintera Corporation. He served Vice President of Corporate Finance at Oclaro, Inc. from May 2012 to November 2013. He served as the Executive of Genesis Microchip Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Trident Microsystems Inc. from July 22, 2008 to May 2012 and served as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Mangan served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Trident Microsystems Inc. from January 11, 2008 to July 22, 2008, Senior Vice President since July 2008 and its Vice President of Finance from January 11, 2008 to July 22, 2008. Mr. Mangan has more than 15 years of experience as a senior financial executive. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Genesis Microchip Inc. He served as Director, Finance of Spansion from July 2005 to January 2008. From December 2004 to May 2005, he served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Compxs. From December 2002 to December 2004 he served as Director of Finance at Asyst Technologies, Inc. Previous to Asyst, Mr. Mangan held senior financial positions at Advanced Micro Devices, Form Factor, Trident Microsystems and Real Chip Communications. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in business/economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Mr. David L. Teichmann serves as the Managing Director at Trident Microsystems (Nederland) B.V. Mr. Teichmann has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Oclaro, Inc since January 2014. He served as an Executive Vice President of Trident Microsystems Inc. and served as its Company Secretary and General Counsel since April 2, 2007. He served as Vice President of Human Resources of Trident Microsystems Inc. since April 2, 2007 and also served as Senior Vice President. Mr. Teichmann served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of GoRemote Internet Communications Inc., since January 2002 and guided company through its initial public offering in 1999 and its acquisition by iPass, Inc. in 2006. From July 1998 to December 2001, he served as Gric Communications Inc.'s Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. From 1993 to July 1998, Mr. Teichmann served in various positions at Sybase, Inc., an enterprise software company, including Vice President of International Law, as well as Director of European Legal Affairs based in The Netherlands. From 1989 to 1993, he served as an Assistant General Counsel for Tandem Computers Corporation. He began his legal career, as an attorney with the Silicon Valley-based Fenwick & West LLP. He is a seasoned legal and human resources executive with over 20 years of experience providing counsel and leadership to Silicon Valley companies operating globally. He was a Rotary Foundation Scholar at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, where he did post-graduate work in Latin American Economics and Law. Mr. Teichmann holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from Trinity College, an M.A.L.D. degree in Law & Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy and a J.D. degree from the University of Hawaii School of Law.

Mr. James Haynes, also known as Jim, has been an Executive Vice President of Oclaro, Inc. since April 10, 2017. Mr. Haynes served as the Chief Operating Officer of Oclaro, Inc. since May 2014 until April 10, 2017. Mr. Haynes served as the President of Integrated Photonics Business at oclaro, inc from November 2013 to April 2014 and served as President of Global Business at Oclaro, Inc., since May 2012 until september 2013. Mr. Haynes served as Chief Operating Officer of Oclaro, Inc. (alternate name, Bookham Inc.) from March 2005 to January 2011 and its Acting Chief Technology Officer since June 2005. Mr. Haynes joined Oclaro, Inc. in June 2003 and served as its Vice President of UK operations from August 2004 to March 2005 and Vice President of Operations and Site Leader, Caswell from June 2003 to August 2004. He has a long and significant track record in the optical industry spanning over 20 years. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Agility Communications, Inc. from December 2000 to June 2003. Mr. Haynes served as President and General Manager of Photonic Components since January 2011. He worked for 15 years for various positions at Nortel and STC. From 1998 to December 2000, Mr. Haynes served as Director of Technology of Nortel Networks Corporation. Before joining Agility, he had a 17-year career with Nortel and worked in the High- Performance Optical Component Solutions group, that spanned several countries. Prior to this assignment, he served as Director of Operations for all optoelectronics manufacturing in Paignton and Harlow, the United Kingdom and Ottawa, Canada. He served as Director of Andor Technology plc from February 26, 2013 to January 2014. He was responsible for manufacturing, materials supply, planning, manufacturing engineering and line quality functions. He held process engineering, wafer fabrication management and development engineering positions at Nortel. Mr. Haynes holds BSc (Hons) in Materials Science and Technology from Swansea University, Singleton Park, Swansea. He holds B.Sc. in Physics from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Dr. Adam Carter has been the Chief Commercial Officer of Oclaro, Inc. since July 21, 2014. Dr. Carter joined Oclaro, Inc. July 21, 2014. He served as the Senior Director and General Manager of the Transceiver Module Group of Cisco Systems, Inc. from February 2008 to July 2014. From February 2007 to February 2008 he served as Cisco's Director, Marketing. Prior to Cisco, Dr. Carter served in a variety of marketing, business development and engineering roles at Avago Technologies, Agilent Technologies, Hewlett Packard and BT&D Technologies. Mr. Carter holds a B.Sc. degree in Applied Physics from Portsmouth University in the United Kingdom and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Yves LeMaitre has been the President of Optical Connectivity Business of Oclaro, Inc since October 22, 2013. Mr. LeMaitre served as Chief Commercial Officer of Oclaro, Inc. since July 11, 2011. Mr. LeMaitre served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Oclaro, Inc. from April 27, 2009 to July 11, 2011 and also served as its Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Vice President of Global Sales, Telecommunications Division since February 11, 2008. Mr. LeMaitre served as Chief Marketing Officer of Avanex Corp., since October 27, 2006 and Vice President & General Manager of its Optical Components Business Unit since May 31, 2005. Mr. LeMaitre served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lightconnect Inc., a private company based in California in which he served between September 2001 and April 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of Avanex Corp., since October 2006. Under Mr. LeMaitre's leadership, Lightconnect Inc., became the leading supplier of MEMS components and modules for optical networking applications. He served as Vice President and General manager of Core Data Products of Alcatel USA, Inc., from July 1994 to September 2001, with worldwide marketing and full P&L responsibility. He has worked in the United States for eleven years for Lightconnect, Alcatel and its joint venture with Sprint International. He also held various senior marketing and engineering management positions in France, the Netherlands and Italy for Alcatel and SITA. He served as a Director of Lightconnect Inc. Mr. LeMaitre graduated from Nantes University in France with a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. He also holds an Engineering degree from ENST (Ecole nationale superieure des telecommunications) in Paris.

Mr. Craig S. Cocchi has been Chief Operating Officer at Oclaro, Inc. since April 10, 2017. Mr. Cocchi served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at Fabrinet since June 2016 until March 18, 2017. Mr. Cocchi served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Lumentum Holdings Inc. since July 2015 until February 17, 2016. From May 2009 to February 2016, he served as Senior Vice President, Operations of Lumentum (formerly JDSU Corporation), and its Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Lasers since October 2008 and as its Vice President of Operations - Commercial Lasers from January 2008 to October 2008. Mr. Cocchi led Operations for the CCOP business unit at JDSU starting in January 2008 and was responsible for delivering successive gross margin improvements through new product launches, supplier negotiations, cost reductions and expense management. He has over 25 years of Operations, General Management and Executive Management experience in the telecommunications and data storage industries. Prior to Lumentum, he served in a variety of operations roles at SAE Magnetics and Read-Rite Corporation. He has many years of direct manufacturing experience, running fab operations in the US and being responsible for manufacturing operations in China and the Philippines. Mr. Cocchi holds a BS Double Major in Electrical Engineering and Sociology from the University of California, San Diego.

Mr. Tadayuki Kanno serves as President of Oclaro Japan, Inc. at Oclaro, Inc. Mr. Kanno served as President, Module & Devices of Opnext Japan, Inc at Opnext, Inc. since April 2008. Mr. Kanno served as Chief Operating Officer of Opnext Japan, Inc at Opnext, Inc. since April 2011. He served as an Executive Vice President of Opnext Japan, Inc at Opnext, Inc. since April 2008. Mr. Kanno served as Senior Vice President of Module & Device Business Units of Opnext, Inc. He has been working in the fiber optic transmission systems business since joining Hitachi, Ltd. in 1979. From 2000 to 2001, he served as Vice President of Hitachi Telecom (USA), Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia. In that role, he led fiber optic product development efforts for the US market. Since 2001, Mr. Kanno served as the Senior Vice President of the Fiber Optic Transmission Operation for Hitachi's Telecommunication Systems Division. In this capacity, he was responsible for business operation and system development. He holds Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Yamagata University and Master of Engineering in Electronics from Yamagata University Graduate School of Engineering.

Dr. Thomas Gordon Beck Mason, Ph.D. has been THE President of Integrated Photonics Business at Oclaro, Inc. since September 2016. Dr. Mason served as Vice President of Engineering of Collinear Corporation. Dr. Mason was responsible for Collinear Engineering and Product Development activities. From February 2007 to January 2015, he served in a variety of management positions at JDSU Corporation, a company that designed and manufactured products for optical communications networks, communications test and measurement equipment, lasers, optical solutions for authentication and decorative applications and other custom optics, most recently as its Vice President of R&D for Transmission Products. He served as Senior Vice President of R&D, Integrated Photonics Business at Oclaro, Inc. from January 2015 to September 2016. He joined Collinear from Finisar Corporation where he was Director of Transceiver Development. Dr. Mason helped make Finisar a world leader in transceiver technology, delivering the first commercial 10G XFP transceivers. He is an expert in the design, fabrication and packaging of semiconductor-based photonic devices. Prior to Finisar, Dr. Mason spent several years as a Member of Technical Staff with Lucent Technologies Bell Labs developing next generation InP optoelectronic components for fiber optic communication systems. Dr. Mason continued this work at Agere Systems were he managed the Semiconductor Photonics Research Group. Dr. Mason has founded several companies, including Fibermetrics a developer of fiber optic strain sensors and Agility Communications which produces widely tunable semiconductor lasers and tunable transponders. He has a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo an M.A.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto. He also holds a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

David Teichmann serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of OCLARO. David started at OCLARO in Jan of 2014. David currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
