Mr. Bryan H. Draper has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. since January 4, 2016 and served as its Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary from January 2013 to January 4, 2016 and served as its Secretary and Treasurer from August 2012 to January 4, 2016. Mr. Draper served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Owens Financial Group, Inc. since December 1987. Mr. Draper is responsible for all accounting, finance and tax matters for the General Partner and Owens Securities Corporation. He has been a Director of Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. since May 20, 2013. He served as a Director at Owens Financial Group, Inc. since 1995. Mr. Draper is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Southern California in 1981.

Mr. Brian M. Haines serves as Senior Vice President of Owens Financial Group, Inc since January 2014 and serves its Principal. Mr. Haines's focus is on originating and structuring debt investments, developing broker relationships and asset management. He joined Owens Financial Group, Inc. in 2007 and served as its Vice President of Business Development since 2012. He served as Vice President of Business Development of Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. Prior to joining Owens, he co-owned and operated a private lending firm headquartered in Northern California. He has been a Director of Owens Financial Group, Inc., since 2014. He is a Director of the Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA) and an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and California Mortgage Association (CMA). Mr. Haines holds a B.S. in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University where he studied Economics and Business Law and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Ms. Melina A. Platt has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. since January 4, 2016 and served as its Controller until January 9th 2016. Ms. Platt is a Certified Public Accountant and is responsible for all accounting, finance and regulatory agency filings of the Partnership. Ms. Platt served as a Senior Manager with KPMG LLP.

Mr. William C. Owens, also known as Bill, has been the Chairman and President of Owens Financial Group, Inc., since April 1996 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Principal. Mr. Owens also serves as the President of Owens Securities Corporation. He served as the President of Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. from August 2012 to January 4, 2016 and served as the Chief Executive Officer from January 2013 to January 4, 2016. He is responsible for the overall activities and operations including corporate investment, operating policy and planning. In addition, he is responsible for loan production, including the underwriting and review of potential loan investments. He has also been a managing member of numerous real estate ventures. From 1989 to April 1996, Mr. Owens served as a Senior Vice President of Owens Financial Group, Inc. Prior to joining Owens Mortgage Company in 1979, Mr. Owens was involved in mortgage banking, property management and real estate development. He has been active in real estate construction, development and mortgage financing since 1973. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. since August 2012. Mr. Owens is a licensed real estate broker. He graduated from Westmont College in 1973.
