Dr. Martin H. Singer, also known as Marty, Ph.D., serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PCTEL Secure LLC. Dr. Singer has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of PCTEL, Inc. since October 2001. He has been Vice Chairman of PCTEL, Inc. since January 2, 2017. He has more than 20 years experience in telecommunications. He has significant experience in intellectual property licensing and negotiation. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Ciao Enterprises, LLC. From October 2000 to May 2001, Dr. Singer served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Ultra Fast Optical Systems. From December 1997 to August 2000, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of SAFCO Technologies, Inc. He left SAFCO in August 2000 after its sale to Agilent Technologies. From September 1994 to December 1997, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the wireless access business development division for Motorola Solutions, Inc. Dr. Singer served senior management and technical positions in Motorola, Tellabs, AT&T and Bell Labs. He serves as Co-Chairman of Midwest Board at TechAmerica. He served as Vice Chairman of Midwest Board at TechAmerica. Dr. Singer served as a Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of PC Tel Inc. from February 2001 to October 2001. He has been a Director of Multiband Corporation since August 2012. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at Israel America Discovery Fund I, L.P. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Israel American Development Fund. He served as Director of PCTEL, Inc., August 1999 until January 2, 2017. He served as a Director of American Electronics Association. He served as a Director of ISCO International, Inc. from October 20, 2006 to March 2007. He served as an Independent Director of Westell Technologies, Inc. since March 25, 2009. He has served on the Standing Advisory Group for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and Advisory Board for the MMM program at Kellogg School of Business. He is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. He served as a Commissioner on Illinois??? Economic Recovery Commission. In March 2011, he was appointed by Governor Quinn to the Illinois Broadband Deployment Council. He serves on the Boards of the America-Israel Chamber of Commerce Chicago and the Illinois Institute of Technology (Rice Campus), and is a Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He was awarded the Martin Sandler Achievement Award by the American Israel Chamber of Commerce in 2007 and the Executive Leadership Award by the AeA in 2008. Dr. Singer has 8 patents in telecommunications and is the author of several essays on the telecommunications industry and technology competitiveness. Dr. Singer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan, his Master of Arts and his Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Rishi Bharadwaj has been General Manager of Connected Solutions Group at PCTEL, Inc. since March 17, 2015 and has been its Senior Vice President since November 2, 2016. Mr. Bharadwaj served as Vice President of Global Sales & Product Management at PCTEL, Inc. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Bharadwaj served as Vice President, Global Sales ??? Connected Solutions from March 2014 to March 2015; Vice President, Global Sales and Product Management from January 2014 to March 2014; Vice President, Product Management ??? Connected Solutions from July 2012 to January 2014; and Vice President, Product Management ??? Antenna Product Group from April 2010 to July 2012. Between July 2003 and April 2010, Mr. Bharadwaj held other leadership positions in the Connected Solutions segment. Between September 1996 and June 2003, he held several RF and software engineering roles at other companies where he developed data collection and data analytics tools for the cellular industry. Mr. Bharadwaj earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He holds a patent for measuring data quality in wireless communication networks.

Mr. John W. Schoen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at PCTEL, Inc. since November 12, 2001. Mr. Schoen has been Senior Vice President of PCTEL, Inc. since September 2013. Mr. Schoen served as Vice President at PCTEL, Inc. Mr. Schoen served as the Chief Operating Officer of PCTEL, Inc. since October 2006. He served as Business Development Manager of Agilent Technologies from July 2000 to November 2001. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of SAFCO Technologies Inc. from May 1999 to July 2001. Mr. Jeffrey A. Miller, also known as Jeff, has been Senior Vice President of RF Solutions and General Manager of RF Solutions of PCTEL, Inc. since January 01, 2017. Mr. Miller served as the President of Ciao Enterprises, LLC since December 2012. Mr. Miller served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Services for RF Solutions at PCTEL, Inc. from August 16, 2016 to September 2016. Mr. Miller served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of RF Solutions at PCTEL, Inc. from September 2016 to January 2, 2017. Mr. Miller served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Services for RF Solutions at PCTEL, Inc. until August 16, 2016. Mr. Miller served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at PCTEL, Inc. since July 17, 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Connected Solutions at PCTEL, Inc. since March 2013. Mr. Miller served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Site Solutions at PCTEL, Inc. Mr. Miller served as the President of Connected Solutions at PCTEL, Inc. since December 2012. Mr. Miller served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PCTEL, Inc. Mr. Miller served as Vice President and General Manager of Antenna Products Group of PCTEL, Inc., since October 2006. Mr. Miller served as the General Manager of Broadband Technology Group of PCTEL Inc., since October 2006 and also served as its Corporate Vice President of Global Sales since July 2004. In this role, Mr. Miller integrated the sales channels associated with PCTEL's three product groups, Mobility Solutions, RF Solutions and the Maxrad Product Group. His initial focus was on the regions outside of the North America. Prior to that, Mr. Miller served as the Vice President of Business Development and Licensing of PCTEL Inc., from January 2003 to July 30, 2004, Vice President of Product Management and New Development from September 2002 to January 2003 and Vice President of Engineering from November 2001 to September 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Miller served as Functional Manager of Wireless Optimization Products of Wireless Network Test Division of Agilent Technologies Inc. He served as Vice President of Engineering of SAFCO Technologies Inc., from January 1998 to July 2001 and led its Test and Measurement Group before its acquisition by Agilent Technologies Inc. He served as Principal Consultant of Malcolm, Miller & Associates providing consulting services to wireless network operators and infrastructure suppliers from September 1992 to January 1998. He served various technical and management positions at Motorola Inc.'s Cellular Infrastructure Group from 1978 to September of 1992. Mr. Miller received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Illinois.

Mr. Sumeet Paul has been Vice President and General Manager of Seehawk Analytics at PCTEL, Inc. since November 2015. Mr. Paul served as the Chief Software Architect for Connected Devices at Synchronoss Technologies. Mr. Paul developed solutions that enabled quick and easy setup of new telecom devices and the transfer of content from one device to another without the need for cables or cloud-based infrastructure. He co-founded Synchronoss Technologies.

Mr. Les W. Sgnilek has been the Chief Risk Officer and Vice President of Corporate Resources of PCTEL, Inc. since November 24, 2015 and served as its Vice President of Finance. Mr. Sgnilek has held various senior level financial positions in US and UK public companies. Before joining PCTEL in 2001, he served as a Corporate Treasurer for a multinational Test and Measurement company. Mr. Sgnilek began his career at Grant Thorton in New York City. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his BBA from City College of New York and holds an MBA in International Finance from Saint John's University.

Mrs. Shelley Bacastow has been a Vice President and General Counsel at PCTEL, Inc. since January 1, 2015. Mrs. Bacastow served as Assistant General Counsel of PCTEL, Inc. Mrs. Bacastow has strong experience in finance, commercial transactions and securities law. She joined PCTEL's Legal Department in 2003. She began her career at the Chicago-based law firm Chapman and Cutler where she focused on finance for 11 years. After one year handling primarily commercial matters at MCI Telecommunications, Inc., she joined the Law Department at Motorola, Inc., where she initially supported the Cellular Infrastructure Group and subsequently became the head of the Law Department's Global Finance Group. Mrs. Bacastow holds a B.A. in Political Science from University of Wisconsin - Madison and a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
