- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Very slow to implement changes in code bases for fear of breaking something even when we can test it does not. Bugs are knowingly left in code even ones that have known fixes for the sake of knowing what it bugs are and being able to list them instead of merging fixes and having a smaller list.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Less managers, especially at meetings. Less bug list excel organizer people, this can be done on the side by anyone.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Be prepared with data at meetings. Don't say you will "look into it". The meeting is to provide everything immediately to every person at the meeting; not for each person to "look into it" for the next meeting. Learn and teach yourself all things; do not wait to be trained and complain/be helpless.
