RSU and Bonus targets must be obtainable at 100% payout. 100% payout should not be once in a life time company performance. Employees that help you actually obtain actual results each year should be paid out more, regardless of company performance. You would not be where you are without them.

Experienced people = great. New people get zero training and are replacing expwrienced " more expensive" sales people. Dumb dumb dumb.
The team pull together closer and closer and the divide with executive management grows wider
we need to improve in teamwork
Speak up in meetings and voice concerns
You cant force to improve anyone
The majority have no ability to perform their core job function. It used to be better but business strategy favours making skilled employees redundant and replace with cheaper alternatives... Which are cheaper for a reason
Be prepared with data at meetings. Don't say you will "look into it". The meeting is to provide everything immediately to every person at the meeting; not for each person to "look into it" for the next meeting. Learn and teach yourself all things; do not wait to be trained and complain/be helpless.

We are slow to market, with designs which have been rushed through in production environments that lack the skill required to produce the products. Customer returns and complaints seem to increase in frequency in a weekly basis and they aren't small issues

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We will be sure to pass it on to management. We are also open to hearing your suggestions for improvement as we strive to create new solutions for our employees.
Very slow to implement changes in code bases for fear of breaking something even when we can test it does not. Bugs are knowingly left in code even ones that have known fixes for the sake of knowing what it bugs are and being able to list them instead of merging fixes and having a smaller list.

Decisions from top to bottom make it clear they are trying to bleed the last drop of value from the company before selling it off limb by limb.
Focus on the customers and shareholders will reap the rewards, don't focus on shareholders to the detriment of customers and growth
