Lots of good talented people. Bad direction and obvious " culling of the herd " going on. Bringing in college kids that have zero knowledge and zero experience ( fresh start program) is a ridiculously dumb idea.
every body help each other despite of position
The fact they are leaving and hopefully being replaced with better leaders, who are familiar with management practices that are from the 21st century
Willing to listen and be open to new ideas and innovation.
They are nice to speak with.

I got laid off and then the company announces an expansion 6 weeks later!
Valieong people at the company
Future is good for company
Very bad environment to work in right now.
Literally everything. There is not one area that does not need massive overhauling.
Executive management is wildly incompetemt
Show some drive and vision. Improve processes rather than water down and generally worsen them (based in statistic analysis). Listen to employees. Stop promoting incompetence. Stop making skilled workers redundant, there are plenty of zero value add functions and personnel that could be axed instead

Thank you for your honest feedback. We appreciate it and know that it helps us improve the company.
Leadership skills would be a good starting point
Listen to staff, empower them, give them ownership and authority. Stop promoting people because of who they know or which site/company they came from. How can the majority of leaders in any global function all be former teammates from the same location? Hold VPs to ethics policy with no exceptions
The Commscope management I've worked under puts their personal success above the interest of the company or its stockholders.
