Good but was different company pre acquisition
Very focus to what it was expected from me if I got the job
The way they probed with questions to understand your abilities was done in such a way that you gained a better appreciation for the type of work you would be doing

Explained the position well and folk were well versed in the process

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Provide more comprehensive introduction about the company and divisions
Be transparent about the status of the company.
Just do whatever want to do..
