Mr. Grasby has been a Partner at McCarthy T???trault LLP since 1999. Mr. Grasby served as the Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel at Pengrowth Corporation. He served as a Company Secretary of Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd. from March 2005 to August 20, 2010. He served as Secretary of Grand Banks Energy Corporation and Corporate Secretary of Production Enhancement Group Inc. He served as a Director of PetroBakken Energy Ltd. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Alberta, the Law Society of England and Wales and the CFA Institute. He completed his articling at McCarthy Tetrault in 1991. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, which he was awarded in 1996. Mr. Grasby received his B.Comm. (Accounting) from the University of Calgary in 1987 and his MBA and LLB from Dalhousie University in 1991.

Mr. Christopher G. Webster, known as Chris, CGA, CFA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Pengrowth Energy Corporation since March 2005. Mr. Webster is the Chief Financial Officer at Pengrowth Corporation. He served as Vice President of Pengrowth Corporation since March 21, 2005 and Treasurer from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Webster also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Pengrowth Energy Trust since November 29, 2004 and Pengrowth Corporation until March 21, 2005. He has held various accounting and finance positions in the oil and gas industry since 1988. He served as a Director of Monterey Exploration Ltd. since March 29, 2006.
