He serves as Director of NuGen Energy, L.L.C. He serves as a Director of Patriot Renewable Fuels, LLC, Levelland Hockley County Ethanol, LLC and Big River Resources West Burlington, LLC. He has been a Director of REX American Resources Corporation since 2015. He serves as a Director on other ethanol entities. He has been a Director of One Earth Energy LLC since June, 2007. Mr. Rizvi holds a M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in economics from Punjab University in Pakistan, an H.N.D. in business studies from City of London Polytechnic in England.

Mr. Edward M. Kress has been Secretary of REX American Resources Corporation since 1984. Mr. Kress has been a Partner of the law firm of Chernesky, Heyman & Kress P.L.L., counsel for Rex Stores Corp., since 1988. He has been a Director of REX American Resources Corporation since 1985. From 1985 to 1988, he was a Member of the law firm of Smith & Schnacke. He has practiced law in Dayton, Ohio since 1974.

Mr. Stuart A. Rose has been the Head of Corporate Development at REX American Resources Corporation since 2015. Mr. Rose has been an Executive Chairman of the Board of REX American Resources Corporation (alternate name: Rex Stores Corp.) since 1984 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1984 to June 4, 2015. He served as the President of REX Stores Corp. since June 30, 2009. He served as the President of Rex Stores Corp., until October 11, 2005. Prior to 1984, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rex Radio and Television Inc., which he founded in 1980 to acquire the stock of a corporation which operated four retail stores. Mr. Rose serves as the Chairman of Kelly & Cohen Appliances, Inc. He served as the Chairman of Rex Radio and Television Inc.

Mr. Douglas L. Bruggeman has been the Chief Financial Officer of REX American Resources Corporation since 2003 and its Vice President of Finance and Treasurer since 1989. Mr. Bruggeman joined Rex Stores Corp. in 1986. He serves as the Treasurer of Kelly & Cohen Appliances Inc. and Rex Radio And Television, Inc. He serves as Principal Accounting Officer of Rex Stores Corp. From 1987 to 1989, he served as Manager of Corporate Accounting for Rex. He served at the accounting firm of Ernst & Young. He serves as a Director of Levelland Hockley County Ethanol, LLC.
