Benchmark has a very friendly yet professional environment. Maintains transparent and open door policy. U can hardly differentiate between managers and subordinates, Mgmt or employees. Every body work by hand whenever needed; everybody jokes and enjoy what they are doing. Work is fun at Benchmark.
