pay is low for work we do
To much work not enough pay

caring giving understanding team players
They are all on their own journeys and have their own ways of motivating others
we are all very understanding of each other and work to bring each other up
They listen, they have unique ideas, everyone is treated equally

They need clearly defined roles and boundaries
More positive communication to solve problems

we all pull together to work as a team
The selling. People are constantly closing deals
