What's the work from home policy like at ADTRAN, INC.?
It varies manager to manager, we have VPN access and in my department are allowed to work from home when necessary.
How's the vacation policy at ADTRAN, INC.?
Accrual of up to two weeks per year for the first 5 years, then Accrual of up to three weeks per year until 15 years, which then increases it to four weeks per year. Each year you can rollover up to 100 hours.
