Mr. Anthony A. Lombardo, also known as Tony, has been Interim Chief Executive Officer at Advaxis, Inc., since July 6, 2017. Mr. Lombardo served as Chief Business Officer at Advaxis, Inc., from April 2017 to July 6, 2017 and its Executive Vice President from May 9, 2017 to July 6, 2017. Mr. Lombardo served as Senior Vice President at Advaxis, Inc., since April 2017 until May 9, 2017. Mr. Lombardo served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of E-Z-EM Inc., since April 2000. Prior to joining E-Z-EM Inc., Mr. Lombardo served as President of ALI Imaging Systems Inc. (a full-service provider of radiology information and image management systems) from 1998 to 2000. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Lombardo served as Global Manager of the Integrated Imaging Systems business of General Electric Medical Systems. He also headed divisions of Loral and Lockheed Martin Corp. from 1994 to 1996, Sony Corporation from 1990 to 1994 and Philips Medical Systems from 1979 to 1990. He has also held leadership roles at General Electric Medical Systems, Philips Medical Systems, Loral/Lockheed Martin Corp. and Sony Corporation. He was Partner as The Channel Group, where he provided strategic advisory services to biotechnology, pharma and med-tech companies. Mr. Lombardo is an executive with more than 30 years of experience in the medical device industry and related industries. He served as a Director of PointDx Inc. Mr. Lombardo served as a Director of E-Z-EM Inc., since 2000. Mr. Lombardo served as Director of Advanced BioPhotonics Inc., (Formerly, Omnicorder Technologies Inc.) from January 2004 to June 26, 2006. He also served as a Director of OmniCorder since August 2003 and Director of Promos Inc., since January 2004. He serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board of Morristown Medical Center, a part of Atlantic Health System Hospitals. Mr. Lombardo has been honored by the American College of Radiology and the Society of Abdominal Radiology for his years of service to the clinical community. He received a B.S. degree in Biology from St. Francis College and an M.S. degree in Physiology from Duquesne University.

Ms. Sara M. Bonstein, MBA has been the Chief Financial Officer of Advaxis, Inc. since March 24, 2014 and has been its Executive Vice President since December 30, 2016. Ms. Bonstein serves as Corporate Secretary and Principal Accounting Officer of Advaxis, Inc. She served as Senior Vice President of Advaxis, Inc. since December 30, 2016. She served as Secretary and Treasurer of Advaxis, Inc. since July 26, 2016 until October 11, 2016. She has a decade of financial leadership experience in the life sciences industry with Eli Lilly & Company, ImClone Systems and Johnson & Johnson. While at Eli Lilly & Company, she was a Six Sigma Champion and Black Belt, leading multiple projects relating to clinical research, project management, finance, manufacturing and commercial sales. She held positions of increasing responsibility at ImClone (which was acquired by Eli Lilly in 2008) including Director of Finance where she led all budget and forecast activities for preclinical, clinical and manufacturing research and development, spanning over ten monoclonal antibody cancer therapeutics, including Erbitux, a cancer treatment with over $1.5 billion in annual sales. Ms. Bonstein was a Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson in both the Ortho McNeil Pharmaceuticals and Ortho Biotech Divisions, where she managed gross-to-net analysis and calculation for approximately $1.1 billion of pharmaceutical product sales. Ms. Bonstein is a 2004 graduate of Johnson & Johnson's Financial Leadership Development Program and a Six Sigma Black Belt. She holds a BS in Finance from The College of New Jersey and an MBA from Rider University.

Mr. Christopher Duke, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Advaxis, Inc. since October 3, 2016. Mr. Duke is a biotech veteran with more than 20 years of life sciences experience. He served as Vice President, Global Commercial Operations at Amicus Therapeutics, Inc. where he played a lead role in the build out of the international business to support the successful launch of Galafold (migalastat), which was granted full approval by the European Commission earlier this year to treat patients with Fabry disease. As one of the first employees at Amicus, Mr. Duke held numerous leadership roles in program/alliance management, medical affairs and commercial planning over 10 years for multiple products across all stages of development. In addition, he previously served as Executive Director, International Commercial Operations for NPS Pharma where he led several strategic business planning initiatives and helped to establish NPS International to support the ex-US commercialization of Revestive??? (teduglutide) and Natpar??? (rhPTH[1-84]). With experience in driving clinical development programs forward to product launch and managing interactions with the health care community, he has demonstrated his capabilities as a milestone-driven leader. Mr. Duke received his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, his MPH from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Rutgers University.

Dr. Robert G. Petit, Ph.D. has been the Chief Scientific Officer of Advaxis, Inc. since May 3, 2013 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Dr. Petit served as the Vice President of Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs at Advaxis, Inc. since October 11, 2010 until May 3, 2013. Dr. Petit joined Advaxis from Bristol Myers Squibb where he served as the U.S. Medical Strategy Lead for the Ipilimumab program, Director of Medical Strategy for New Oncology Products and Director of Global Clinical Research. Prior to joining Bristol Myers-Squibb, Dr. Petit served as Vice President of Clinical Development at MGI Pharma and also at Aesgen Inc. His scientific focus has been to develop immunologic based therapies with a particular emphasis on immunologic oncology treatment. Dr. Petit has 23 years' experience in all medical and scientific aspects of pharmaceutical development. He has led programs in discovery, translational development and intellectual property development and has designed and conducted U.S. and international clinical evaluation programs from phase I to IV. He served as a Director of Advaxis, Inc. since July 26, 2016 until October 11, 2016. Dr. Petit has a Doctorate from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and a B.S. from Indiana State University.

Ranya Dajani serves as the Vice President Business Development of Advaxis, Inc.. Ranya started at Advaxis, Inc. in July of 2016. Ranya currently resides in Greater New York City Area.
