Mr. Martin Jaffe serves as Senior Director of Business Operations at Agiliance, Inc. Mr. Jaffe is responsible for driving improvements and efficiency to business operations, including the deployment and optimization of a company-wide CRM system for unified business processes, operational support for the sales and support organizations, business intelligence and data analysis for executive staff, and review of customer, vendor, and partner contracts in collaboration with the company's outside legal counsel. He has more than 20 years of hands-on operational experience with high technology companies to Agiliance. Prior to joining Agiliance, he was consulting with Silicon Valley corporations to streamline their sales operations and set up their CRM systems. Before then, he served as Director of Sales Operations and Customer Care at Plastic Logic???. At Plastic Logic he planned, implemented, and managed all customer-facing processes and systems to support product ordering, customer service, and customer support. Before then, he served as a Sales Planning Consultant at SanDisk??? Corporation. Prior to SanDisk, he served as Vice President of Sales Operations and Customer Support at ALOHA Networks, leading sales operations, support, and supply chain functions including revenue and margin plans, budgets, price lists, product bundles, and review of all licensing contracts. Mr. Jaffe served as a Vice President of ALOHA Networks, Inc. Prior, he worked at a number of technology companies, including eRemote as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mitsubishi Electric??? Corporation as Assistant Vice President, Radius??? Inc. as Director of Operations and Customer Support, Sun Microsystems??? as Director of Worldwide Field Operations, Daisy Systems??? as International Business Manager, Xerox??? Corporation as Senior International Business Manager, and Frost & Sullivan as Research and Investment Manager. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in French from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Mr. Joe Fantuzzi has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Agiliance, Inc. since January 2010. Mr. Fantuzzi served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Workshare, Inc., from April 2004 to September 2008. Mr. Fantuzzi served as Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Engines. Mr. Fantuzzi was co-founder of NetDialog and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Kana, he served as a General Manager of Autodesk Discreet. He served as a Worldwide Marketing Vice President of Macromedia and Marketing Director of Interleaf. Mr. Fantuzzi has over 20 years of experience, including executive roles at Kana, Autodesk, Macromedia, and Interleaf. Mr. Fantuzzi has been a Director of Workshare Limited since April 2004. He serves as a Board Member of Agiliance, Inc. He served as a Director of Liquid Engines. He served as a Director of Workshare Inc. since April 2004. He received a MS in Computer Engineering from Tufts University in Boston, MA and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA.

Ms. Cassandra Ho serves as Senior Director of Finance and Human Resources at Agiliance, Inc. Ms. Ho is responsible for finance and human resources operations at Agiliance. Prior to joining Agiliance, Ms. Ho served as Controller of ProactiveNet , a business management software company. At ProactiveNet, Ms. Ho was responsible for daily accounting and all critical financial activities. She also played a key role in the acquisition of ProactiveNet by BMC Software Inc, served as a revenue recognition accounting manager after the transaction closed. Before ProactiveNet, Ms. Ho served various progressive finance and accounting roles with Sun Microsystems (acquired by Oracle ) and Quester Technology, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer (acquired by Canon ). Ms. Ho holds a master of business administration degree in Finance from Golden Gate University and a bachelor of science degree in Economics from University of California, Davis.
