I appreciate the combination of salary and bonus. The salary is fair and commensurate with my experience. The bonus gives me the ability to be rewarded for the work I do and the contribution it makes to the overall performance of the company. It becomes an extra incentive to excel in my role.

I joined AAG primarily for the competitive salary package (I have since found the culture extremely positive and inviting as well), so I am not notably interested in benefits other than comp.

Pay decrease is a joke, no compensation around rates or orig fee, processing the loans is the worst of any RM company.

I don't necessarily feel undervalued. I think my Director does a great job of ensuring I am valued, respected, and appreciated. However, looking at competing wages, I don't think my wage is competitive to other places. The reason I stay is because of my director.

I know that team members below me make more than I do. My hourly is comparable to a processor and their bonus structure far outweighs managers and TL's. There are processors making 8K+ plus and we are lucky to clear $1500

The level of responsibility and time spent meeting and exceeding goals is off-balance in my opinion. I believe that the base compensation need to improve especially since there are a lot of factor our of our control that influence our bonus potential.

I feel the Hr wage should be higher as we can not always control when loans close to wait on our commission. This would help not stress and be as positive as possible to continue to move forward to create more business.
