Mr. Fokko Pentinga has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Amtech Systems Inc. since January 1, 2012 and March 16, 2010 respectively. Mr. Pentinga served as Chief Technology Officer of Amtech Systems Inc. since June 5, 2013. Mr. Pentinga served as the Managing Director of Amtech Europe of Amtech Systems Inc. since December 2008 until March 16, 2010. He served as General Manager of Tempress Systems for over 14 years. Mr. Pentinga has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and solar industries and has spent the past 15 years as General Manager of Amtech's solar subsidiary, Tempress Systems. He has been a Director of Amtech Systems Inc. since December 15, 2011.

Mr. Robert T. Hass has been Chief Financial Officer of Amtech Systems Inc. since November 10, 2016 and its Vice President of Finance since November 22, 2016. Mr. Hass served as a Treasurer and Secretary at Amtech Systems Inc. since April 1, 2016 and serves as its Vice President. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Amtech Systems Inc. from April 1, 2016 to November 10, 2016. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Amtech Systems Inc. since April 2006 until June 2013. Mr. Hass served as Vice President - Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Amtech Systems Inc. from June 3, 1992 to April 2006. From 1991 to May 1992, he operated a Financial consulting practice under the name of Hass Financial Consulting Services. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Hass served as a Director - Accounting Services and then Controller for Lifeshares Group, Inc., a holding company that owned and operated real estate development and insurance subsidiaries and from 1988 to 1991 served as the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of some of Lifeshares Group's subsidiaries. From 1984 to 1985, he served as the Vice President-Finance and Treasurer of The Victorio Company, a privately owned holding company which owned and operated Agriculture, Chemical, Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Marketing Research and commodities futures brokerage businesses. From 1977 to 1984, he was employed in various capacities including Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Altamil Corporation, then a public company, which manufactures truck equipment, wire-bound containers and precision aluminum forgings. He served as a Director of Amtech Systems Inc. from February 29, 1996 to March 2006. From 1972 to 1977, he served as an Auditor with Ernst & Ernst, now known as Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Jong S. Whang is the Co-Founder of Amtech Systems Inc. Mr. Whang served as the President Chief Executive Officer of Amtech Systems Inc. from 1981 to March 2010 and from 1981 to December 31, 2011 respectively. He is responsible for sales effort for Amtech Systems Inc.'s Semiconductor Equipment business and development of new products and business opportunities in that industry. He has twenty-eight years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including time spent in both processing and manufacturing of equipment components and systems. From 1973 to 1979, he was employed by Siltronics, Inc., initially as a Technician working with chemical vapor deposition and later as a Manager of the quartz fabrication plant with responsibility of providing technical marketing support. From 1979 to 1981, he was employed by U.S. Quartz, Inc. as a Manufacturing Manager. In 1981 he left U.S. Quartz to form Amtech Systems Inc. He has been Executive Chairman of Amtech Systems Inc. since January 01, 2012. He has been an Executive Director of Amtech Systems Inc. since 1981.

Robert Hass serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Amtech Systems Inc.. Robert started at Amtech Systems Inc. in Apr of 2016. Robert currently resides in the Phoenix, Arizona Area.
