The pay is great and the ancillary benefits are very nice. I do sometimes wish that I was closer to the Arlington office to get to use some of the benefits associated with that as well though.

We are underpaid compared to our direct competitors in the industry, and without a 401K Match system (and no more stock options) our compensation package does not stand up well. We've lost candidates due to this very issue.

I'm currently performing the same duties as others on my team who are paid more than me.

If there were a level of transparency across my team to understand why other team members are given certain titles/compensation compared to others, that would be helpful. As it stands now, it seems as though I am doing the same duties + tasks as team members with higher titles + salaries.
