Company rewards and recognizes hard work. I have heard many great and bad things about the company but for me personally, it has been a great experience. Company culture is great and they engage with their employees. Many people have been here for 15+ years, that alone says something about BR.

Stop gossiping during work time , stop giving faces when questions are asked they should be there to help and make employees feel comfortable even if somebody asks 100 questions a day . They should actually do their job instead of sending other people to do it and not giving them credit
