Company rewards and recognizes hard work. I have heard many great and bad things about the company but for me personally, it has been a great experience. Company culture is great and they engage with their employees. Many people have been here for 15+ years, that alone says something about BR.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

People and making employee fee appreciated raises are horrible very stressful work environment

Communication about key changes to job and company Trust in the team Commitment to employees that give everything to the company

Colaborate, promote/ reward your team

Stop gossiping during work time , stop giving faces when questions are asked they should be there to help and make employees feel comfortable even if somebody asks 100 questions a day . They should actually do their job instead of sending other people to do it and not giving them credit
