Diversity is something that is referenced during our tech team annual offsite, and everytime we find ourselves ahead of the industry average

Pretty flexible, it's expected that you get your work done and take off when you need to refresh
It is really good. We have an unlimited PTO option, so as long as you are getting your work done and you don't abuse it, you can take as much time as you want.
