Mr. Michael Wilkes has been Senior Vice President of Global Support & Operations at Callidus Software Inc. since September 19, 2017. Mr. Wilkes co-founded iCentera Inc. in 2003 and serves as its Chief Technology Officer. He has more than a decade of high-tech experience building online, database-driven Web applications. He has been involved in creating sales and marketing effectiveness solutions since 1999. Over the years, he has been tasked with building enterprise solutions that complete the entire transaction cycle from front to backend. He has held a variety of technical positions at industry leading companies including Mission Critical Software, NetIQ, NEON Systems, Compaq Computer Corporation and BMC Software. He served as Vice President of Cloud Operations for CallidusCloud. He was a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of a venture-backed SaaS company, iCentera, that CallidusCloud acquired. He served 6 years in the United States Army and credits his ability to build and foster successful teams to lessons learned during that time.

Ms. Roxanne Oulman has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Callidus Software Inc. since November 15, 2016 and previously served as its Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting from August 30, 2016 to November 15, 2016. Ms. Oulman served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Callidus Software Inc. until August 30, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Finance since July 11, 2013. She has over 20 years of financial management and leadership experience at public and private companies. Ms. Oulman served as Vice President of Finance at Thoratec Corp., from June 10, 2011 to March 21, 2013 and its Principal Accounting Officer until March 21, 2013. She served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Thoratec Corp. from June 10, 2011 to October 2012. She joined Thoratec Corp., in February 2004 as Cardiovascular Divisional Controller and served as its Senior Director of Finance since October 2006 and Corporate Controller since April 2007. She served as General Manager from 2000 to 2005 and Western Regional Controller for Zomax, Inc. from 1999 to 2000. She served in a variety of financial leadership roles. Ms. Oulman has a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Masters of Business Administration from University of the Pacific???Eberhardt School of Business.

Mr. Drew Grasham has been General Counsel of Callidus Software Inc since September 19, 2017 and has been its Executive Vice President since December 12, 2017. Mr. Grasham served as Senior Vice President of Callidus Software Inc since September 19, 2017 until December 12, 2017. Mr. Grasham has over 18 years of in-house legal leadership and experience supporting publicly traded software and hardware companies in the greater Silicon Valley and providing corporate general counsel support. Prior to CallidusCloud, he served as Assistant General Counsel at Juniper Networks, Senior Corporate Counsel at Advent Software and corporate counsel at Macrovision. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis and a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University College of Law.

Dr. Jimmy C. Duan Ph.D.has been the Chief Technology Officer of Callidus Software Inc. since June 2013 and serves its Executive Vice President. Dr. Duan served as a Senior Vice President of Callidus Software Inc. He served as a Senior Vice President of International Sales at Callidus Software Inc. since July 2011. He served as Senior Vice President Asia Pacific and Latin America at Callidus Software Inc. from February 2010 to July 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of Analytics, Business Process Management & SaaS Solutions at Callidus Software Inc. and also served as its Senior Vice President of Mid-Market Business from October 2008 to February 2010. over 20 years of experience in SaaS operations, technology sales, management consulting and professional services. Dr. Duan joined Callidus Software to spearhead Callidus's go-to-market strategy and direction in the mid-market segment. He possesses a tremendous amount of experience and skills in consulting and customer services, on-demand operations and SPM solutions. His interactions with hundreds of customers in the SPM space make him one of the top industry experts. He served as Vice President of Strategic Services at Callidus Software from October 2005 to April 2006 and served as its Managing Director of Expert Services from April 2004 to September 2005 and Managing Director of Western Area Consulting from March 2001 to March 2004. From May 2006 to October 2008, Mr. Duan served as Vice President of Products and Professional Services at Xactly Corporation from February to October 2008 and served as its Vice President of Client Services from June 1, 2006 to January 2008. He was responsible for defining and setting up SaaS operations and managing customer success at Callidus Software Inc. He also served as Director of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing at Quovera, a business consulting and technology integration provider, from May 1999 March 2001 and as Solutions Manager at Talus Solutions, a pricing and revenue management software solution provider, from October 1996 to May 1999. Earlier in his career, he served as a management consultant for a number of multi-national companies and governmental agencies in the U.S. and Asia Pacific. Mr. Duan holds a B.S. in Engineering from Central-South University in China and a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Ms. Mary Ainsworth has been the Chief People Officer of Callidus Software Inc. since September 19, 2017 and has been its Executive Vice President since January 31, 2017. Ms. Ainsworth served as Chief Talent & HR Officer of Callidus Software Inc. since January 31, 2017 until September 19, 2017. Ms. Ainsworth is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of CallidusCloud's global human resources and talent programs. Her focus is on scalable HR and talent acquisition initiatives to attract, develop and retain top talent and enable front line business objectives. She served as an Executive Vice President of Talent & HR at Callidus Software Inc. since December 13, 2016 until January 31, 2017. She served as Senior Vice President of Talent & HR at until December 13, 2016. During her tenure with CallidusCloud, she successfully developed the talent acquisition function, expanded recruitment and HR operations into seven new international markets, managed the company's global immigration programs and successfully enabled the HR onboarding of nine acquisition companies. Ms. Ainsworth worked at Robert Half International where she managed strategic recruiting efforts for both public and private companies throughout the Tri-Valley in the Software, Medical Device, Health Care, Insurance, Professional Services, CPG, Retail and Manufacturing industries. Ms. Ainsworth graduated summa cum laude from Saint Mary's College of California with a B.A. in Liberal Arts.

Mr. Giles House has been the Chief Product Officer of Callidus Software Inc. since May 18, 2017. Mr. House served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Callidus Software Inc., (a/k/a, CallidusCloud) since May 2013 until May 18, 2017 and December 13, 2016 until May 18, 2017 respectively. Mr. House is responsible for the CallidusCloud's global marketing activities, product strategy, communications, brand and sales enablement programs. He served as Senior Vice President at Callidus Software Inc., from May 2013 to December 13, 2016. He has over 10 years of experience in technology and business software. He has served a variety of channel, sales and marketing roles at CallidusCloud in EMEA and including as Vice President of Marketing Communications and Products in North America. He has received multiple awards including Marketing Executive of the Year, Marketing Team of the Year, Viral Video, Best Tradeshow and Best Video for Events & Live Webcasts. As a recognized thought leader, he regularly speaks on sales and marketing and has been interviewed by leading publications such as Inc., VentureBeat, MarTech Advisor and CRM Magazine. Prior to joining CallidusCloud, he has worked at international software and SaaS companies including SAP, Active Risk and Maxima. Mr. House graduated with Honors from the University of Southampton with a BEng in Electronic Engineering.

Ms. Sarika Khanna has been Senior Vice President of Litmos Product & Support at Callidus Software Inc since September 19, 2017. Ms. Khanna serves as Head of Product and Customer Success at Litmos. She is passionate about building products to solve business problems and is an avid learner. In addition to Litmos, she has led the products for the Selling Cloud, Hiring Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Prior to joining Litmos, Sashe worked at leading software companies including Oracle. She held a variety of positions ranging from engineering, product marketing and product management. She holds a masters degree with a distinction in information systems from George Mason University and a masters in industrial and mechanical engineering.

Mr. Andres Botero has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Callidus Software Inc. since May 18, 2017. Mr. Botero served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Aria Systems, Inc. since February 8, 2016. He is a proven marketing leader with over 20 years of experience. He is a seasoned technology veteran with extensive global experience in sales and marketing. He served as the Chief Solutions Officer of Steelwedge Software, Inc. since July 2015 and served as its Chief Marketing Officer until July 2015. He served as Vice President of Marketing at StepNexus Limited. He joined StepNexus in 2007 and leads Marketing at StepNexus. He served as Director of Global RFID and Real World Awareness Program Management at SAP, providing auto-id solutions addressing vertical industry requirements and driving value for businesses. He spent 5 years at Siebel Systems in several high responsibility roles in the product management, venture capital and sales operations organizations. Before working for Siebel Systems, he was a strategy management consultant for Arthur D. Little and worked in Product Supply Finance for Procter & Gamble. Mr. Botero holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from U. de Los Andes and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Michael J. Crane, also known as Mike, has been Senior Vice President of Services at Callidus Software Inc. since September 19, 2017. Mr. Crane is responsible for leading the CallidusCloud managed services, technical account management and customer experience teams with a focus on helping CallidusCloud customers optimize and gain greater value out of solutions. He is a seasoned IT executive, having spent more than 20 years providing services and consulting support to customers navigating digital transformations and adopting cloud business models. He served as an Executive Vice President of Services at Five9, Inc. from April 2015 to October 31, 2016. Prior to Five9, he spent more than 15 years at Cisco Systems. He served as Vice President of Advanced Services at Cisco, he managed the Enterprise, Commercial and Public Sector segments with a focus on delivering business outcomes and driving customer satisfaction.
