i can only speak on the SDR department because that's where I currently am, everyone else in other departments like their job but there is a super high turnover rate, so many changes daily, no communication, no guidance, support, or direction from managers, unattainable quota, on top of bad data.

the monthly quota is so ridiculously unattainable the least that can be done is to pay each SDR out for every SAO not starting at number 30, and it would not hurt to increase the hourly rate or give 100% benefits.
