I work by National Pen. Some supervisors are arrogant, unprofessionell and abusing. They misuse the power. Respect and fairness are not moral standards. They provoke, tease and abuse. Instead to build healthy environmental in team, to be helpful to achieve the goals, they are try to avoid any work.
