What's the vibe like in the Engineering dept at Cimpress? How many hours are you working?
Very collaborative and calm. Straight 40
There are many teams, but on my team I can get by with a pretty good work life balance, and work very close to 40 hours a week. Occasionally I do a few in the evening because I want to, not because I am required to.
What's the work from home policy like at Cimpress?
It differs by team, but generally it's not a problem to WFH. I only know a few people that have a regular WFH schedule, but most WFH whenever they need.
How's the vacation policy at Cimpress?
15-20 days of PTO depending on length of time with the company, with 8 company holidays and 4 floating holidays

It depends on the team. Some parts of the company have more women than others, but the company takes diversity seriously (there's a strong women in technology group) and I work with more women here than at most of my previous jobs.
