Mr. Craig P. Coy has been the Chief Executive Officer at Command Security Corp. since January 3, 2012. Mr. Coy served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of L-3 Homeland Security Group for L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. from July 24, 2006 to 2009. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport), from 2002 to July 1, 2006 where he oversaw Logan International Airport, the Port of Boston, the Tobin Bridge and Hanscom Field in Bedford. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of HR Logic, Inc., before which, he spent eight years providing logistical support, maintenance and training services to the aerospace industry as Vice President and General Manager for Lear Siegler Services, Inc. Mr. Coy served in the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) for more than 20 years in various capacities, including chief operating officer for activities in Europe and director of the Commandant's Strategic Planning Office. In 1983, he became the first USCG officer ever to be selected as a White House Fellow and worked with President Ronald Reagan's Domestic Policy Advisor. Mr. Coy has been a Director of Command Security Corp. since January 3, 2012. He serves as a Director at Alclear, LLC. He served as a Director of HR Logic, Inc. He served as Deputy Director for Counter Terrorism at the National Security Council. He has been awarded various military and private sector honors and serves on the Boards of Directors for the White House Fellows Foundation, the New England Council and the American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay. Mr. Coy graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy with a BS in 1972 and he received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1983.

Mr. Todd D. Pratt has been Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Command Security Corp. since June 2012. Mr. Pratt is responsible for developing and managing relationships within the Commercial and Federal Physical Security Solutions marketplace. He has over 18 years of sales leadership experience in the areas of business development, teaming agreements, strategic alliances, and key National account management. Mr. Pratt has Commercial, Local, State, Federal Government, K-12 & University, Hospitality and Healthcare industry account experience. He was heading Federal Sales Programs for Thermo Fisher Scientific from October 2006 to April 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Pratt has held various senior sales leadership roles since 1993, within the Information Security, Physical Security/Force Protection and Telecommunications space. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Army and participated in the ROTC Early Commissioning Program. Mr. Pratt received a B.S. from Suffolk University in Boston, MA and an MBA Summa Cum Laude from Tampa College, FL.

Mr. Joseph T. Conlon, also known as Joe, has been Regional Vice President of Western Region at Command Security Corp. since July 2008. Mr. Conlon served as Regional Vice President of Aviation Services for West Region at Command Security Corp. since July 2008. Mr. Conlon has been involved in the airline business, working in multiple facets of some of the largest airline competitors. In 1981 Mr. Conlon began his career working for American Airlines, and served as its Manager of Ramp Operations overseeing the daily departure of over 190 flights and maintaining quality control and payroll for Miami's American Airlines hub. Mr. Conlon served as the Director of Customer Service ??? International before moving on to serve as the Managing Director of Ramp Services & Administration. Throughout his experience, Mr. Conlon has proved repeatedly his knack for managing a great variety of tasks in several different areas of airline and airport services. Working and supervising groups ranging from 25-1300 people proves a high competency in both interpersonal relations and organization, which leads Aviation Safeguards to believe that he is a perfect fit for an ever expanding Western Region client base and workforce. Mr. Conlon holds a B.A. in Business management from American Inter-Continental University and completed his post graduate work in the University of Michigan Executive Program.

Mr. Nicholas Paul Brost, Jr. served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Compass Aerospace Corporation. Mr. Brost has been the Chief Financial Officer at Command Security Corp. since January 14, 2013 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Operations of Orbital Sciences Corp. Previously, Mr. Brost was Compass??? Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Brost served as Segment Financial Executive for Textron Inc. responsible for the Systems and Component Segment and as Vice President-Finance and Administration for HR Textron, a division of Textron Inc. From 1976 to 1993, Mr. Brost was with Ernst & Young LLP, most recently as a Partner, with responsibility for numerous manufacturing, aerospace and defense clients. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Richard Klein serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Command Security Corporation. Richard started at Command Security Corporation in August of 2015. Richard currently resides in Washington D.C. Metro Area.
