I'd likely say a combination of the health plan/HSA (full premium paid by connectRN/HSA contribution from company is great) as well as 401k.

I began to feel undervalued once I learned how much other people doing similar work as me are making. I would feel better if my compensation was reevaluated in comparison to my teammates higher earnings.

I think late night/evening shifts should be paid a shift differential. I also think that PTO should be unlimited with parameters since we are working remote as well.
