The best thing about the leadership team is the openness and transparency. The CEO still leads the All Hands meetings to give the view on the business and answers the anonymous and live questions about everything from strategy and direction to staffing updates.

The approachability of the leadership team is unlike anywhere else I've ever worked. Also, I'm impressed that support for both business and culture goals are equally valued at all levels in the organization.

Please listen to the CS team; compensate AND support them accordingly. Give your employees avenues to learn and grow, and the proper resources to do their job properly. Actually foster the "open communication" you claim and act when employees come to you with concerns.
