Executive leadership. Raises for staff, bonuses for local leaders, promote excellence, stop rewarding sub par work and reward those who go above, beyond, and outside of their job description.

Executive leadership is terrible and needs to step up to access local leadership. Local leadership needs to access staff. Where there is no accountability, that is what is wrong.

This company does not value excellence. They seem to promote sub par executives and leaders. So my coworkers have lost interest and are just going through the motions. They need to be motivated and get their excitement to be here back.

It is difficult to rate. The current executive leadership is awful and only care about image and not employees. They do not ask employees about anything that could affect us and are only concerned with making executive leaders look good and their own bonuses.

The local leaders and staff work extremely hard and instead of getting rewarded with bonuses or raises like we deserve, we do not get any raises and our bonuses, if we get any, are a joke. Executive leaders, local CEOs and DPRs/Liaisons get all the bonuses.
