Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The corporate leadership team is awesome. The corporate leadership is approachable and easy to talk to.
The Executive Team is amazing! They listen and support employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It is difficult to rate. The current executive leadership is awful and only care about image and not employees. They do not ask employees about anything that could affect us and are only concerned with making executive leaders look good and their own bonuses.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the pay is competitive for the market
My compensation is great! It is always on time. I never have any concerns about payroll.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The local leaders and staff work extremely hard and instead of getting rewarded with bonuses or raises like we deserve, we do not get any raises and our bonuses, if we get any, are a joke. Executive leaders, local CEOs and DPRs/Liaisons get all the bonuses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
our team is diverse, and everyone has various levels of experience for the contribution of new ideas.
We all have the same goals and we are growing each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This company does not value excellence. They seem to promote sub par executives and leaders. So my coworkers have lost interest and are just going through the motions. They need to be motivated and get their excitement to be here back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company encourages a good and healthy, work life balance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
For the facility that I work in; a change in the administrative leadership
Executive leadership. Raises for staff, bonuses for local leaders, promote excellence, stop rewarding sub par work and reward those who go above, beyond, and outside of their job description.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was nice to interact with others and learn about a new opportunity.

When everyone works as a cohesive team, and managers/lower level employees receive the support they need.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive leadership is terrible and needs to step up to access local leadership. Local leadership needs to access staff. Where there is no accountability, that is what is wrong.
