What makes you most happy at work?When everyone works as a cohesive team, and managers/lower level employees receive the support they need.
What are some of the best things about your team?our team is diverse, and everyone has various levels of experience for the contribution of new ideas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?the pay is competitive for the market
What needs to change to make the company culture better?For the facility that I work in; a change in the administrative leadership
What does the leadership team need to get better at?It is difficult to rate. The current executive leadership is awful and only care about image and not employees. They do not ask employees about anything that could affect us and are only concerned with making executive leaders look good and their own bonuses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The local leaders and staff work extremely hard and instead of getting rewarded with bonuses or raises like we deserve, we do not get any raises and our bonuses, if we get any, are a joke. Executive leaders, local CEOs and DPRs/Liaisons get all the bonuses.
