What is the best part about your compensation package?

the pay is competitive for the market

My compensation is great! It is always on time. I never have any concerns about payroll.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The local leaders and staff work extremely hard and instead of getting rewarded with bonuses or raises like we deserve, we do not get any raises and our bonuses, if we get any, are a joke. Executive leaders, local CEOs and DPRs/Liaisons get all the bonuses.
