He is great! Very in touch with employees and has an open door policy.
We love him. He is firm but fair.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Digital 86?
I would like to see added amenities in the office such as nap pods and a pool table. But that may be asking too much.
I come from Silicon Valley, so I like all the fun stuff: pool tables, napping pods, free meals, etc. I would add that.

We are competitive but help one another.
They're very helpful and work as a team.

The business development team keeps growing.
The reputation management side is the fastest growing.

Office trips to foreign countries is the best perk we have.
They're great about flex-time working. And they really embrace families as part of the company.

As long as I produce, I stay around.
Very. If someone is underperforming the managers speak to them first and warn them.

Knowing we are giving our clients a second chance.

It depends on the time of the year. Year-end is super busy so we work lots. But overall you can have a social life.
Not difficult at all. The management team is very nice and they encourage a healthy social life.
