I would like to see added amenities in the office such as nap pods and a pool table. But that may be asking too much.
I come from Silicon Valley, so I like all the fun stuff: pool tables, napping pods, free meals, etc. I would add that.

We are competitive but help one another.

It depends on the time of the year. Year-end is super busy so we work lots. But overall you can have a social life.
